Great product/easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and intuitive to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a little confused about where to go for certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has allowed up to take donations all in one place and keep track of what part of our agency they go to.
Network for Good Fundraising software made it possible to exceed our fundraising goals by 40%.

The support team stuck by me, going above and beyond to be sure I was successful.

I have no dislikes to share at this time.

We are growing our donor base, finding new ways to fundraise virtually, collecting data, and keeping our donors engaged.
Why I use Network for Good
What do you like best about the product?
NFG has all the components I need to manage donors. I particularly like the email blasts creation features and the ability to send video acknowledgements to donors.
In addition it's very easy to reach NFG support to deal with any questions or problems I may have. Support always responds quickly to any questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. The donor managements are full featured and the software works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is keeping donors informed about the effectiveness of our organization. There's a lot going on and NFG provides the tools to keep donors informed. Video messages to groups of donors and to individuals get a positive response and increase donor involvement. This is very beneficial to the unique work we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Network for Good's donor management tools provide us with a user-friendly and intuitive platform to maintain and create donor records, activate various communication channels and retrieve key reports, all of which help us manage our donor data better and improve our donor relationships. We also find the fundraising pages easy to create and promote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until just recently, Network for Good did not include an auction feature, a fundraising initiative that we use regularly with our signature events. The lack of this tool necessitated us outsourcing our auction service provider, then having to import that data into our NFG system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Until we subscribed to Network for Good, our donor records were maintained on spreadsheets by a prior administration. NFG enables us to capture all key data about our donors and their giving in a professional and easy to use platform. Differentiating fundraising campaigns with the fundraising pages has also decreased the need for more traditional print and e-promotion for each initiative.

Nonprofits searching for a user-friendly, intuitive donor management system should take a look at Network for Good.
Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We are still in our first year of Network for Good. It was easy to implement, and the customer support has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require an investment of time to learn, but I haven't found a downside yet.

The system allows members to make online payments, donations, and sponsorship. It also integrates into our existing webpage.

We would like to see an app for our mobile phones so that that staff can take donations can take donations and have them go directly into the NFG database.

All the amazing templates for email blasts, newsletters and other donor messaging tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost TOO many choices/designs/options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am utilizing more creative communication tools and better reports for tracking and engaging donors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform because we had to find a way to make a person lazier than they are. They can use the platform while at home on their couch or bed.
What do you dislike about the product?
This needs a way to charge people if they wanted to make a donation. This platform also needs to be able to text pre record led videos.

The time it took to set up the program initially. However, having the personal coach helped simplify the entire process.

By being able to designate donations, we have lessened the time it takes to compile reports.

The ease of data input and the marketing tools used to communicate with our clients. All in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change is always difficult in the beginning. Going from one CRM to another. I found the transfer of data was difficult for us.

Client and prospect communication has increased. Network for Good provides an advanced communication platform for relationship building.
