Phrase helps us manage translations, terminology, and review workflows in one place. It makes working across books, articles, websites, and other Lithuanian-language projects much more organized.

The initial setup can feel complex, and some advanced features take time for new team members to learn. But other than that - it's great.

Phrase helps us manage translation projects, terminology, files, and reviewer feedback in one system. This reduces manual work, improves consistency across Lithuanian translations, and makes it easier to deliver projects faster.

Occasionally, the interface feels a bit overwhelming for new users, and performance can slow down when working on large projects. It would also be great to see more customization options and improved reporting features.

Phrase solves the challenge of managing multilingual content efficiently. It centralizes translations, improves collaboration between team members, and ensures consistency through translation memory and terminology management. As a result, it saves time, reduces manual work, improves translation quality, and helps deliver localized content faster.

It's clean, user-friendly and it is a great platform to work with. It has a great integration with all systems, it has a solid performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

I love all of it. I would improve, though, a clearer tag about the payment to be received by the translator.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a web-based platform, so I can access from everywhere and using any computer.

The API with the Calenco drafting software allows, with one click and without file manipulation, to send the latest version of the files for translation and to retrieve them once translated.

The cost of use remains high if dealing with large volumes and the complexity of certain features.

Homogeneity of terminology, use machine translation if the translation memory is not sufficient, obvious time saving

I like that I don't have to use external resources because Phrase contains a good spellchecker, termbase, and CAT tool. It makes it easy to manage the whole project in one place and keep the translation consistent and accurate. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The QA section often lists a large number of false positives which cannot always be resolved. It is very lengthy and takes a long time when handling longer files and sometimes won't let me complete the 'Completed' stage.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Phrase for its ease of use and how quickly I can translate documents. It's really convenient that I can access the editor from any browser, no matter where I am. These are the biggest advantages for me. The initial setup of Phrase was extremely easy, and transferring our previous work and translation memories into Phrase went really smoothly. I've been using Phrase for many years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the segments don't align even when machine translation is activated. There are some glitches from time to time. Not a deal breaker, but they do appear occasionally.

I use Phrase to translate various documents for my clients, including legal, medical, and technical documents. It's easy to use, quickly translates, and the editor is accessible from any browser, which I find to be the biggest advantages.

I think one of the biggest advantages of Phrase is the management of projects, termbases, translation memories and other related materials. With all the structures and user-friendly interface in place, one can focus solely on good-quality, consistent translation.

Extended response time in bigger translation jobs, very poor standalone Phrase desktop app, and price increases.

It solves the matter of managing huge termbases and pretranslating documents - the latter of which is done thanks to an integration of AI translation engines.

It's hard for me to tell. I've always been satisfied with the software.

It speeds up our translations. The proof-reading and quality review tools also saves a lot of time.
