What do you like best about the product?
There are many customizable options, which makes it easy for us to set up different projects with different requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many menus, so it can be a bit difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase has templates that you can set up and save so now creating projects won't take as much time as before

Efficient Translation, Needs Better Search

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Phrase provides a quick interface to add and create text for translation. They are quite effective at doing these translations and don't take much time, which is very nice. The interface is also okay to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that doesn't work very well is the search function. I often want to look for translations that have already been used or see what can be reused in Phrase, but it's not very effective. I need to have prior knowledge, and I'd really like to be able to do a better search within Phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase helps our web page serve clients in different languages, solving the problem of language barriers. It provides an effective interface for quickly adding and creating text for translation.

Intuitive Translation Tool, Needs Better Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how intuitive Phrase is, which is really important for handling ad hoc tasks and crisis communications efficiently. The project management capabilities are something we really appreciate as well. Being able to do quick translations in our fast-paced environment makes Phrase a great fit for us. The ease of use is crucial because it eliminates roadblocks that more complicated tools might present. The initial setup was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, we have no complaints about the tool at the moment. Except for possibly its integration features. It would be great if it could be integrated with some of the other tools that we use across the business. It would be great if Phrase could be integrated with the 365 environment, as we could have quick translations within platforms like SharePoint without having to leave and re-enter the translation into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase handles all our French Canadian translations, making it easy to share content with team members and customers in Quebec. Its intuitive nature and project management features support quick, paced work, essential for our ad hoc tasks and crisis communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the traceability in Phrase, which means I can check what was done at each step. The online setting is convenient because anyone can access it, without needing to download any software or be tied to a specific device. I also appreciate the simple layout, as it simplifies work for project managers and linguists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets stuck sometimes, not showing the jobs within a project which can be frustrating. Also, linguists can't always work on the QA step because it gets stuck, causing delays. While the team is quick to respond when issues are reported, having better stability would be great to prevent these technical issues from happening as they delay work. Also, quicker loading times and no lag would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase solves localization and review challenges, allowing easy online access without additional software. It simplifies work for project managers and linguists with traceability and a simple layout, though it occasionally suffers from stability issues, affecting job visibility and QA tasks.

Intuitive Interface, Save Precious Time

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Phrase has a translation memory that appears directly while I'm typing. I also appreciate the TermBase and the section on the right with the globe symbol, which allows me to see how segments have been translated into other languages. I like the simplicity and intuitiveness of Phrase, as I felt comfortable right away even without experience with other CAT tools. It is very useful because it avoids having to invest mental energy to decipher a complicated interface; on the contrary, Phrase has a very simple design. It solves the problem of having to repeat translations of segments already translated, storing and replicating them automatically, helping me not to waste time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the quality assurance process (Q-A quality), it seems necessary to repeat the same "run" step multiple times. When the "complete job" window appears, I am often asked to "rerun," and this happens 4 or 5 times in a row. The problem seems to be that, while correcting during the process, some segments with errors remain and are listed again, but it is difficult to identify them in a long list. It would be useful to improve Phrase by placing these segments to be reviewed in a separate window, similar to "run QA" or "complete task," to highlight them immediately without having to repeat various steps and scroll through the list continuously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase avoids the repetition of translations, stores translations, and repeats them automatically, saving time. It is simple and intuitive to use, avoiding the need to decipher complex interfaces, which makes it preferable to other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with our client through Strings, it is easier to have the content reviewed here and it can go straight to the client's tool. Very easy interface. Great performance, it works very fast even when we have extensive content. Great so far, AI helps managing the strings and making the process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now Phrase has been working well for us, so I don't really have anything to dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy connection between us and the client, it has been a smooth journey of having their content inserted directly into the tool and then going back to the client, the TM storage is great as well. Pricing of course it has been great for us and our client, for all that the tool presents itself.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that, when I upload the original document, I can choose the type of translation I want: automatic or with human review. I also appreciate that the platform is managed by experts and professionals with extensive hands-on experience in project management, and that the translations are handled by qualified, carefully selected linguists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it’s a flexible solution, which makes it suitable for both small and large projects. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say—everything has been excellent so far. The support and service from the account and project managers have also been outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly simplifies translation management by letting you assign texts to managers, translators, and proofreaders in an easy, intuitive way. It also offers automatic pre-translation, which streamlines the translator’s work. On top of that, it makes it much easier to add translation memories and terminology, search within projects, filter translators, and handle other related tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Its powerful automation capabilities have been a huge help, with several options that make it easy to set up the workflows I need. I also really like the reporting features, and the connectivity options are excellent. On top of that, I appreciate the robust translation management capabilities, and the regular updates help ensure a consistently good experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because our project’s requirements are quite complex, the options for modifying the system feel limited. File storage could also be improved.

It helps us stay on top of our tasks, and I can customize it to fit our workflow needs. I can easily search for any translation job, and it supports us in managing translations overall. It also lets us organize and document virtually every aspect of the process, and it has become an essential tool in our workflow.
