Efficient, User-Friendly Translation Environment
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Phrase Localization Platform for its easy-to-use interface and efficient TM search. I find the TM and TB suggestions are quickly added to my text, which is really useful. The easy access to TB makes my proofreading process smooth, and I love the shortcuts that perfectly reflect the results I am looking for. Just pressing the tab button to add suggestions from the TBs is incredibly convenient. The initial setup was really easy as well, since we just used the online version provided by our main customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the platform is ok as it is, maybe the compatibility with more source formats to see the preview can be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase Localization Platform offers a translator-friendly environment with no license needed, efficient TM search, accessible TB, and easy suggestion integration using shortcuts.
Great API and UI/UX, but Rate Limits and Webhooks Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Reach API, easy UI/UX, and helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rate limits are a concern, and the webhooks functionality could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing localisation is much easier now, especially since we operate across 40+ markets.
AI-Assisted Translations That Boost Speed and Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
It helps with translations using AI assistance and makes translation production faster. It also handles repetitive words and sentences, so the translator can more easily maintain consistency across translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even more helpful if it could use AI to detect inconsistencies among words and phrases in cases beyond exact (100%) or ICE matches. It could also flag potential inconsistencies and prompt me to review them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Phrase to get rid of the headache of scattered content and manual workflows by centralizing everything—from code repositories to design tools—into a single dashboard. It cuts down the constant back-and-forth of emails and spreadsheets with automated triggers, and the In-Context Editor plus real-time Glossaries mean I don’t have to guess how a string will look or worry about inconsistent terminology across different files.
The platform noticeably improves my day-to-day throughput because I can spend my time refining nuance instead of rebuilding work from scratch, helped by efficient machine translation and a translation memory that keeps track of recurring phrases. It also handles complex file formats like .json smoothly, protecting the underlying code while I focus on the language, and the built-in QA tools automatically flag formatting or tag errors before I hit submit.

Translations are completed more quickly; sections that have already been translated or partial translations are automatically carried over
User-Friendly CAT Tool with Efficient Auto-Propagation and Great Filters
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Phrase is that it is very user-friendly and similar to my own CAT software, so the learning curve was very easy and I felt confident to use almost immediately. There are plenty of helpful functionalities and the filters work very well. Auto-propagation is highly efficient, saving me a lot of time. The layout is very clear and easy on the eyes. One feature I particularly appreciate is being able to filter on first repetitions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a shortcut enabling me to toggle from upper to lower case and also to upper case for the first letter of a word. Another useful feature would be to copy numbers with localization conversion. This would save me a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several of my clients have adopted Phrase, and I appreciate having the same interface with several different clients. This means they provide a TM and a glossary that I can leverage rather than building my own each time, saving me a lot of time.

I find that the Phrase Localization Platform makes translation work much easier because it automatically inserts any repeats or offers suggestions based on previously translated text. The QA feature allows me to ensure better quality as I can spot errors like typos, extra spacing, and punctuation that I might have missed. I really like its ease of use and find it intuitive. The dashboard is very clear and quick to understand, and instruction information is easy to find online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The confirmation function can sometimes be a little slow.

I use Phrase Localization Platform to make translation work easier with automatic repeats and suggestions. It improves quality via QA for error spotting, like typos and punctuation. Its dashboard is intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Phrase Localization Platform to educate my university students in the department of translation and interpreting. The platform prepares students for the CAT tools they will encounter in the industry, which is a big help. I really like the management system, and it works especially well for seeing the workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

The invite system sometimes does not work properly.

Phrase Localization Platform prepares my students for the CAT tools they'll encounter in the industry, but the invite system sometimes doesn't work properly.
The Most User-Friendly Platform—Fast, Helpful, and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most user-friendly platform I’ve ever used. The interface is fast, resources are easy to find, and the tools are genuinely useful and always close at hand when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about—I like everything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, the most efficient feature of this platform is that it takes corrections made to one segment and applies them to similar segments. I find this especially helpful because it saves me from having to correct or translate the same kinds of segments over and over.
Effortless Terminology Consistency and Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can search a term in my translation and see all mentions on the same screen, which is a great feature for me. This is especially helpful for meticulous translators like me to ensure consistency in the translation of a certain term in the same file, and it's very helpful when I want to change a specific term in the entire document. Plus, the initial setup of the Phrase Localization Platform was very easy.

I use Phrase Localization Platform for translation into Arabic. It solves consistency issues, missing terms, translates complex texts, and lets me search and change terms easily, ensuring consistent quality.

it sometimes splits segments where it shouldn't and also won't let me translate part of document and then download it whole
