This is how a translation management system should look like
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy integration with git, great support for most file formats and translation libraries, the awesome interface for the content creators and a very good documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of an SDK for the Vue JS framework and better onboarding experience for the content team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick solution to replace our in-house translation management system, one that was easy to set up and easy to use by our content and marketing team and that will allow us to quickly add new locales to our websites.
PhraseApp is the perfect fit for us, the content team loved the UI from the start, the setup without our application was extremely easy and adding a new locale is very easy and fast thanks to their autopilot feature and translation services.

If your team/company is currently looking for a translation management solution and you are not sure if PhraseApp is what you need, just try it! It will take less than an hour to set up and test all of its features and just reach to their team because they respond very quickly.

• It could be a bit quicker to search for a key, it takes like three clicks to come to a search field for a key

Easy navigation menu to see your open tasks. Double menu to see the proposed changes or the reviews.

Sometimes there are is so much information on the screen it can be distracting.

PhraseApp is simple and beginner-friendly.
Right from the start I used it without any problem because it is simple and intuitive.
With all its helpful features It certainly makes working a lot easier and allows easy and fast communication with colleagues.

So far I haven't found downsides in using PhraseApp.

My work was positively impacted.
Translating has become very simple and even fun!
For every task I can see the change history, leave a comment, tag a colleague and even see the translation memory so I can translate faster and more fluid.

I highly recommend it! PhraseApp is beginner-friendly while having a lot of great features that makes working simpler and faster.

Ideal for outsourcing the translation of your product
What do you like best about the product?
PhraseApp is intuitive and fast (which was not the case with our previous tool). PhraseApp is very handy when you want to collaborate on the translation of your product.
Reporting (words, translation progress, jobs, ...) are also great.

What do you dislike about the product?
When translating (and playing with several locales ), it would be great to improve the highlighting of the edited locale, the source locale and the key. Sometimes, It can happen to translate into the bad local, or mix the key with the source translation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We outsource the translation of our platform and Phraseapp allows us to communicate with our translation provider.
Every month we create jobs by locale that we assign to translators.
These jobs allow us to follow the progress of the translations, even to provide context when the translator needs it.
These jobs also serve us as a purchase order (completion deadline, number of words, ...).
In short, the benefits are the automatization and the Industrialization of our translations.

Easy way to translate online
What do you like best about the product?
That several people can work together solving translations at the same time, and that it all will get updated on the web together at release! Also that you can find all occurences of a word and translate them in context!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing is that the search function when you want to search in all locales should lack an advanced function, for cases when you don't know the exact word/.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that translations (before) was being sent around in analog documents making it impossible for several translators t work at the same time, and the document was not up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration of multi-teams, a multi-task environment where everybody can check the advancement of each of the individual works. The UI is also intuitive, and basically, you don’t need to spend much time learning how to use it. Another option that is always welcome is machine translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features that I like the most is precisely the one used the least, and it’s the context menu. In that part, it can place a description of the entry (key) with screenshots. That feature t is barely use but of course, is not the problem of the application itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the difficulties of coordination among different tasks with people across the world. It has come in such a great help to coordinate translations of the website in +10 languages with different time zones and adapt to each market.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using different tools for translations but PhraseApp has the most intuitive interface. It makes it very easy to translate and copy/compare the different locales. As the translators are working around the globe it is very important that the tool is easy to use.

Nothing at the moment (using it as a translator)

Managing worldwide translations for centrally developed applications, websites, etc.

What i prefer in this application is the interface, it's so easy to add keys and the associated translation .

For the moment i do not have bad things to say about this application .

Thanks to this solution we managed the translation of our application, we add a lot of keys and we translate them in a lot of language.
