Simple to use and works great with Figma
What do you like best about the product?
The Figma integration was the feature that brought my attention to this software, I am pleased to say it works well. In particular, the ability to sync the Figma design file to the phrase app so that the designers can push and pull translations to the file greatly improves my efficiency when working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to spot duplicated strings could be improved upon. The app functions well in preventing duplicated keys but there is nothing to highlight to a user when they a using duplicated strings. This is an annoyance for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Phrase is solving that is benefiting me is the ability to have a database to store all our translated strings. This single source of truth allows for the designers and developers to stay in sync when working

What do you like best about the product?
The Figma plugin. As a designer, I find the Figma plugin very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screenshot management isn't easy and intuitive enough.

Helping us manage translations for our internationalisation requirements in our products and designs.

Make sure you have a good/flexible naming convention for your keys.

What do you like best about the product?
A quick, simple and cost-effective way to translate our web app and mobile app into a plethora of languages. Plus there is a very attentive customer services team on hand for newbies like me to help navigate the obvious and not-to-obvious things in Phrase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor UI quirks that will be ironed out, but nothing life-threatening. From a personal perspective, I would like to see Kannada translations added to the platform

It has a great ability to allow our developers to add contextual translation from our various platforms to show how the translation works from English to various languages

Too small amount of free characters, sometimes the service shows errors

That you can open multiple files in one view and have many filters

That in the analysis view you don't have the option to see all fuzzies as one.

Phrase manage well to get all the translation from the development codebase and then merge it all with one workflow, thanks to connectors
