Useful tool to keep good workflow in your team and painless customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a Customer Support, I have to handle both teams' needs and the best customer experience. How Phrase is helping the most:
- Easily keep on track of the changes on translations as simple as "to be translated" or "verified"
- Use Google translate to automize the first version of the translations
- Use keys to localize easy the translations in your app and show related cases according to the key
- See every change, description, suggestion in one app

What do you dislike about the product?
With longer text, it's harder to see the whole case overview to do the proper translation - you need to scroll back and forth. Being able to switch to the fullscreen (or half screen) option would be very beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reliable and intuitive localisation
What do you like best about the product?
Great for communicating with a global team of translators working in different time zones and managing their workflow. Excellent for collaboration. The jobs feature makes sending and tracking copy for translation and localisation fast, easy and reliable.
Friendly and helpful customer service - they have always been super helpful whenever I've raised issues, clear communication of how to solve problems in the short-term and implemented long-term fixes within the product. They care about their users and listen to feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to format text. It can be frustrating not to be able to add bold / italics / underlined text into keys. Also not being able to add line breaks within keys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A global app which needs localised copy for different countries - right now we are using Phrase to handle translations in French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and US English.

Sometimes the error is a bit unclear which they can work on.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility - the ability to use it on any computer and any OS. The fact that my students get free access through the academic programme and that they can try many different roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find anything I dislike or anything missing or not working, it runs smoothly and does the job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memsource provides free access to students and allows us to put them in different roles - translator, project manager, reviewer. This is how they get first-hand, agency-like experience. It does not have complicated licencing procedures, which allows us to smoothly implement it in our teaching.

Simple, intuitive solution for complex projects
What do you like best about the product?
Memsource is fast, powerful, and highly intuitive, featuring a streamlined interface for both project management and translation/review. Coming with experience in Trados and other CAT tools, it was effortless to get on with MemSource. Machine translation is nicely integrated and delivers surprisingly good results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling (inserting and moving around) tags could be somewhat more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MemSource in a higher education environment with texts from the humanities, and if you thought CAT is not for this discipline, you are just plain wrong. Memsource makes life so much easier.
Great localization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase provides one of the best API along with a very intuitive UI. Also the collaboration feautres with different teams and review mechanism helped a lot in ensuring proper translation management before deploying to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much integrations with other tools like Jira. It might be because the product is relatively new.
Also at my time of usage, there wasn't branch management, which is one feature I definitely missed.

I am mostly using phrasing as translation management and software localization tool.
Before using Phrase managing translations was a hassle for different locale. Ease of usage in managing translations resulted in greater turn around time between request and result which has lead to improved customer experience.

Start slow and learn about all the features Phrase offers. It will definitely turn out to be one of the best tools for usage and will make your life much easier.
Phrase TMS is the leading cloud-based CAT tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Phrase TMS is easy to use and also feature-rich, esp. some AI-powered features, very cool. Phrase TMS has both online and desktop editors, which is very helpful in dealing with extensive documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything that I dislike Phrase TMS compared with other CAT tools. I have been using Phrase TMS (formerly Memosurcc) for almost nine years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a university teacher, teaching translation technology courses. Cloud-based TMS is an indispensable part of the course and represents the development trend of translation technology. Phrase TMS meets my teaching needs, and also provides me and my students with opportunities for translation practice.
A superb tool for teaching translation technology
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use, very intuitive, and has all the translation features a professional translator needs. With just one access I can teach my students a true professional translation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really think of any features I dislike. I have been using Memsource for some years now and I am super happy with it in all respects. Besides, now that it also incorporates Machine Translation, who can ask for anything more?

I'm using it to teach my translation students how to use translation technology in a professional environment and the benefits are evident since they get true hands-on practice.
It is a very helpful and efficient tool for using in Academic purposes to train real specialists

The program has a friendly interface. Acceptable customize MT engines. Our students have a brilliant opportunity to be certified!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everithing about Memsource is perfect, but there is some kind of cognitive-pragmatic information distortion in the MT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to our cooperation our teaching methods and skills are extending that allow our students to be in demand in the professional labour market.
