Very useful tool to work with multiple markets
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to translate from English master to different languages and the changes go immediatly live.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could be more modern, but this is just a minor detail.

What do you like best about the product?
Phrase lets us do translations reeeeaaaally quickly - it's so easy to use for our business people that our devs can deploy new things daily. Translation memory is really important for us - because we're working with a very specific language and it helps to quickly see how others handled that problem in the past. It helps with consistency in the app a lot as well. Afaik autopilot also checks if you've used a word often and then prefers it over the suggested machine translation. Don't quote me on that - not 100% sure^^

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with many keys in que it will be hard to load more keys. Then you need to re-load the page to make more keys according to your search filters. Minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spend less time in our dev cycle on translations, we translate faster than we did with the previous solution - and consistency is better thanks to suggestions. Autopilot also got handy when we had to lunch in new markets - autotranslations will get you 80-90% of the way and they drastically decrease a time required for a person to come in and prepare the app for a new market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every business is slightly different with it's processes - but for us Phrase was no unnecessary bs solution that allows us to move fast.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to work with it, it's fast and reliable. The in-context Editor (ICE) is super handy and it works with our complex software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find bugs in Phrase which prevent me from doing what I need to do. But their team is usually quite responsive and end up fixing the bugs fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have centralized all UI copy for all our websites and apps into Phrase. It works very well.
Lightweight but Powerful Alternative to the Big Guys
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to use translators who do not have their own CAT tools. New users find it easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need a Concordance button. Right now it is hidden away in the Tools menu. As one of the most frequently used functions, it needs to be more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge client files can be easily split into more manageable chunks. Outputting files in bilingual Xliff format allows us to use other tools for quality assurance.

Memsource is fairly easy to use, given the variety of tools it includes.
It enables control of the main functions required for translation work and provides good options for quality control and review.
I would say it is the best CAT tool I have used and it's complex enough that I'm still learning but friendly enough that I can work as I go.

I have not found anything I dislike or that discourages me from continuing to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Memsource in work that I get from agencies. It's been easy enough to use and comprehensive in terms of covering all aspects of the translation while allowing me and the company to control the output.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Memsource is its interface: simple, intuitive, manageable and visual. Unlike other translation programs, Memsource provides all kinds of details in a simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is that the program depends on the Internet connection, which means that projects' edition and translation will not always be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of Memsource is the ease of carrying out team projects. I also really like the ease of adding translation memories and terminology databases.

What do you like best about the product?
That is very intuitive, the auto-propagate function and the capacity to include term bases and glossaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tag system and that sometimes there are technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no need to search every time in a glossary as you can see on the interface if there is any match. Furthermore, you can use existing translations and improve them, which makes the translation process faster and more efficient.

It is a very easy-to-use and intuitive tool.

Translation and editing. It helps manage considerable amounts of work and speeds up the process remarkably.
A Cloud-Based Tool with Lots of Options
What do you like best about the product?
It fits my everyday needs in videogame localization well when it comes to working with different formats and workflows. Easy-to-use, quick, and quite user-friendly in its cloud-based web part and in the desktop/mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most complex issues in my work might require using additional software, but that doesn't happen daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All clients are different in their approaches to work. Memsource is a good point of entry that helps solve their tasks equally easily.
