What do you like best about the product?
In my company, we are using this for long very simple to use as GUI is perfect.
Its a cloud bases for separate servers are not required.
Large sets of data can be processed easily.
The support teams are also really helpful in case of any technical or nontechnical queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
little difficult to troubleshoot in some complex queries and timings.
Run only the selected step option
Structured Parser is also one of the issues found with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of the Large set of data from the Cloud and with easy we have integrate this and its user friendly so that everyone can easily use it which is the best thing from our prospect

What do you like best about the product?
Informatica tools are well-integrated and easy to learn/implement. I have extensive experience with Informatica Data Quality. Informatica Customer 360 is a robust and fully featured solution for my MDM customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I cannot think of any downsides to this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my clients are interested in having a better understanding of their customers. Informatica tools allow data to be cleansed, enriched and mastered to provide insights, better outcomes and increased profitability.

Reporting can be much better with tools like Tableau.

What do you like best about the product?
With Informática customer 360, we have been able to improve the services of our company and design other products adapted to our clients. It has really been a quite complete and amazing program, because of its ability to collect data that serves as information to know our customers better, so that we can guarantee a positive shopping experience. And what we like best is the organization in which this data is collected, since we can filter and order it, by dry, taste and customer preferences, which turns out to be a valuable and advanced opportunity that will allow us to grow over the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult for us to mention any negative characteristic about this incredible software, since since we have been using it, it has notably revolutionized our work and our growth, we have been able to improve our service to the client, as well as to improve the products, besides generating ideas for the creation of new products, reason why to indicate some negative aspect is impossible to us, because until the moment it has marked a before and an after in our organization, facilitating us hours of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defining sales strategies, designing new products, knowing the feedback of our services, and knowing our customers better, has been one of the many notable improvements that we have been able to observe since we used computer customer 360, in addition to being able to manage an unlimited number of contacts and collect strategic information, thanks to its artificial intelligence that makes this work easy, we have undoubtedly been able to reduce the search for information door to door and invest this time in creating and improving our products and services.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer 360 Computing is a powerful tool for managing user or customer data by quantity which we find surprising and very helpful in our company, as we can have a greater accuracy when knowing our customers, so that we can improve the quality of our products and services, while creating a better customer experience. Using these tools does not guarantee that we are one step ahead of the competition since collecting data and keeping it organized by gender, taste and customer preferences, represents an incredible opportunity for our sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this tool has been used in our company, we have not been able to find any flaw that we dislike, on the contrary it has been very beneficial for sales management and development of new opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Informatica Customer 360, is the ideal tool to consolidate all the organization's customer data, and make it available to employees, fresh and secure reliable data that allows the viability of new businesses and the consolidation of current ones, it is truly impressive how its artificial intelligence works which greatly facilitates the organization of all this data, even making possible the creation of rules, configurations in short allowing it to be highly customizable to the needs of the organization.

Informática Customer 360, is a software that has fulfilled all the expectations placed on it, and for the moment we have not perceived any inconvenience with it.

The information and database of our clients was very basic and dispersed, which made it difficult to notice important or relevant data that could be helpful in a negotiation or in the offer of additional services for our clients and with Informatica Customer 360 it was possible to achieve a better optimization of said data.
