Ownback is a saviour!
What do you like best about the product?
UI on ownback is great! It's so easy to navigate and somebody with no experience will also have confidence to get things done right
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have come across nothing that I dislike about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up data efficiently daily without any hurdles if there are any hurdles then the notifications are very easy to understand

Backup & Recovery
Before OwnBackup we didn't sleep at night
What do you like best about the product?
We're able to sleep at night knowing that our data is secure. Before we had OwnBackup we were unable to do this confidently. It is a seamless, easy to setup product that gives full history of the production and sandbox environments that we are backing up. We use it daily to check on things and the ease of setting it up is just mindblowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support really lacking- our CSM checks in with us around the time of renewal and thats it. No other communication from them and we're confident that there are features that we are not aware of because we've never been shown them/told about them.

I don't have much negative things to say regarding Ownbackup

- Ownbackup is relatively easy to use and manage and it doesnt require special skills. An Admin can easily set it up

I believe that its seeding functionality can get more advanced where we have more options to turn things off in the environment we are seeding into.

OwnBackup is the leader in the Salesforce backup market, as well offering solutions for other platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics and others to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
The market could benefit if we had documentation in other languages like Portuguese, Spanish, etc.
