What do you like best about the product?
Certa’s user-friendly drag-and-drop interface makes it incredibly easy to set up and manage automated workflows without requiring any coding knowledge. This accessibility enables our team to focus on driving innovation and growth, rather than getting bogged down by repetitive tasks. Additionally, the seamless integration with our existing business systems ensures a smooth transition and enhanced productivity across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Certa is generally intuitive and user-friendly, the platform could benefit from more comprehensive documentation and resources, particularly for setting up complex automation processes. Furthermore, the customer support response times could be improved, as some inquiries took longer than expected to be addressed. These minor drawbacks may pose challenges for businesses with specific or time-sensitive automation requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certa addresses the common problem of time-consuming and error-prone manual tasks by providing a no-code automation solution. By automating repetitive tasks such as data entry, task assignment, and follow-ups, Certa reduces the risk of human error and enables our team to allocate valuable time and resources to more strategic and innovative endeavors. This shift in focus has ultimately led to increased efficiency .

It's the ease and convenience; plus the convenience in prompt is super helpful. I kept going back to use the tool in my day to day activities. Love the addons, and super friendly user interface. Cusotmer support was always super responsive. Easy to implement and integrate with my tasks.

Could be faster, and sometimes the results feel mechanical

The only downside is that some advanced features take time to learn to fully use.

The team is incredibly dedicated and focused on meeting the project's objectives, both in terms of substantive delivery and hitting milestones according to set timelines. Their communication is clear and consistent, and they both communicate regularly with the company's implementation team and prepare weekly / monthly updates for leadership so that all key stakeholders know the implementation status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is much more work involved to implement Certa than our team understood before the engagement began. I think the Certa team would benefit by more clearly / proactively communicating the time commitment and need for a project manager before the contract begins / during the contract negotiation phase, when those resources can be allocated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to house all of our legal/compliance supplier risk and due diligence under one roof.

Certa offers outstanding customer support through their representatives. Our regular weekly touchpoints help keep our objectives on track and enable us to quickly identify and address any obstacles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more technical projects particularly dealing with certain other third party integrations can be challenging.

Certa addresses third-party screening, alerts for adverse media, and potential sanctions hits. Additionally, it supports our environmental objectives and our commitment to working with suppliers that align with our values.

For the past six years, Uber has relied on Certa for supplier onboarding and has never encountered any problems. Certa offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing customization to meet specific business requirements without the need to wait for widespread feedback. Their customer support sets the industry standard, boasting an impressive SLA of under 12 hours. Certa seamlessly integrates with a multitude of third-party tools, including crucial ones like OFAC, D&B, ESG, government tax verification portals, Coupa, and Oracle.

Suppliers are the key assets of the company. We use Certa for vetting the suppliers and making informed decisions before completing the onboarding. Certa is a one-stop tool to efficiently manage supplier information and monitor their performance year over year.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales support team are great and very responsive to our requests and issues.

Occasionally there are access issues for our suppliers which can cause back and forth for our team

Certa is very customizable to our requirements and the configuration team have been able to build intelligent workflows that fit our needs

What do you like best about the product?
The Certa team is amazing, they respond quickly to any issues that may occur. As it is a system we use everyday, its a ciritical component in our supplier onboarding and a supplier we 100% trust in. Our support person, Brandi, is super helpful and always willing to listen to suggestions we may have to improve our process and guide us towards implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish the reporting capabilities were more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We put through suppliers and not only collect banking details for payment services, but also are clued into any red flags regarding the supplier reputation and history that could impact our company.
