Besoke software for supplier management
What do you like best about the product?
Fully customizable workflows; nice user interface; good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited self-service functionality and administrator tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software for supplier onboarding and due diligence. This has streamlined the process for our Compliance, Accounts Payable, and Strategic Sourcing teams. It has allowed us to collect key information and properly identify risks with third party relationships.

Adaptable and configurable tool that can be used to solve a multitude of issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Parallel work flows that interact with each other sets Certa apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this juncture, not much about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using the tool for Supplier onboarding, hopeful to expand our uses in the next year. Reduced cycle time, better customer experience and clear audit trail are the biggest benefits.
Very simple. It thankfully puts a lot more emphasis on the client/vendor entering their information

It is a clean and straightforward process. The client has to do most of the work and you can track the progress along the way
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to follow up with the client or remind them to enter information through the portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the difficultly in tracking clients/vendor tax/business information/etc. and having to share multiple sets of data across organizations. It makes the process much more smooth
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are trying to find a way to streamline the vendor onboarding process, Certa has made this much easier for our organization.

Easy to navigate, and data is readily available!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to download directly in excel format - have to download via crosstab and open with Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vetting third party vendors - able to determine risk level with threshold questions set etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great support from Certa, easy to navigate within Certa site to "get the job done", and for data analysts - data is easy to extract from Certa directly.
The process it takes to take on a new customer has been cut in half.
What do you like best about the product?
I do not have any more paper credit applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down our paper usage. I don't have print out documents since it is all on-line. When a colleague ask for status of the credit application, I can easily view where we are at in the process. Everything is at your finger tips. I have don't to go on search to find it.
