Project management, task creation and follow-up, some budgeting

I love the interface of GatherContent. It's sleek, minimal, but the color coding makes it fun and informational!

Quite honestly, I haven't come in contact with anything I disliked about GatherContent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GatherContent allows for our clients to upload their own files and for us to edit in real-time, with the option to add notes, highlight, and upload files.
Excellent Asset Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily store and find files (images, docs, etc.) and also easily share files similar to a Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't the best. We have experienced problems with its functionality which is important because most professionals work predominantly on smart phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to store everything in one place and easily share collateral among global teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to get as much training using the system is possible so you are familiar with all aspects and capabilities.

GatherContent has a sleek, easy to navigate interface combined with a comprehensive customization that enables any organization to tackle any content-driven project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their development team is constantly addressing items, so some of what I list here might already be coming down the pike.
1) Right now you cannot import into an existing template with Excel/CSV, so you have to import a file and then setup the template it auto-creates.
2) You cannot bulk delete single item owners. You would need to click into each item and remove, or remove all and add the other owners back on.
3) The API is getting better, but can be finicky at times.

We manage content revisions for various clients' websites and other digital content problems.
The customizable workflow, deadlines, assignments and customized user roles help keep the subject matter experts, editors and approvers to specifications and on time.

If you area looking for an alternative to using Google Drive/Dropbox or related services to manage multiple files for content-driven projects, then give a GatherContent a look.
Great tool for managing content
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to assign content to writers , edit them , approve them and gather them on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high. There may be cheaper products available.

Managing content from different writers is much easier with GatherContent.

I love the customizable workflow and templates. I am able to set up a client sitemap for their website projects quickly while customizing the environment for their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are experiencing some snafus with the new update. The commenting feature for full page comments has hidden notes left by clients.

Best product to smoothen the content process
What do you like best about the product?
It allows editors of website content to manage the creation, review and publication of lots of content simultaneously with multiple collaborators through one slick and easy online interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sometimes slow. Sometimes the system freezes if it has a lot on content in the same page.

Super easy to use for our agency staff and clients.

Nothing really. It is simple to use and does not have a ton of nonsense that we do not need.

Several years back we had issues with various edited versions of content being mixed up and misused. We tried many different options and Gather Content finally solved that for us. It is the longest running software we are using, and we plan to keep it indefinitely.

Easy search accessibility for assets and easy sharing for users (both non bynder users and internal users)
What do you dislike about the product?
Still learning the platform just takes a bit of trial and error and a long process to upload assets and get the whole staff to become familiar and trained with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganization for DAM that we currently use - we do not have a system - benefits are that we do not have multiple versions of assets.
