Great tooling for streamlining asset managemnt
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly find any asset that is present, be it through searching on metadata through the search bar or smart filtering or using the AI search. The use of Bynder itself is very straightforward and all our users got accustomed to it really quick and are using it on a daily base. Their support is also top-notch, fast responses and clear answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's mainly some functional issues. The search could be better explained. The search bar behaves great, but there are some features, like regex that you can use, but are not widely known. Also, when having the AI module, you cannot make a destinction between searching on a keyword or searching on distinguish. Also, DAT can only clip PNG and TIFF, while JPG is not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The findability of assets and being able to access them from anywhere.
Amazing asset management system
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, diverse options for handling multiple situations and expectations from various departments. The syndication between various platforms such as salsify is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's the odd glitch or delay with the waiting room and audits, but nothing too serious. Usually a refresh can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep everything in one spot for our company. A true source of truth for digital assets
Incredibly helpful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of organization and visibility of assets in our library. It was also super easy (albeit time consuming, with the size of our library) to set up, and has very much become an integrated part of our daily company life. Our onboarding team was a delight, and customer service has been pretty helpful so far when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mass uploader tool isn't particularly handy - it's easier but much more laborious to upload assets one by one as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder has become our one-stop shopping place for everyone in our company to access our assets. We were spread out and siloed before, and it's a delight to have one single source of truth that everyone can now utilize.
Library tool of digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
• collections are a great on sharing assets for outside and internal people, saves on trying to attach assets in an email
• works like dropbox when sharing a collection with vendors -- PDF under additional files is a ZIP file (with orginal doc/font/artwork)
• working towards having the site to be the single source of truth
• now with AI of Show Similar it does help narrow the search
• saves time on requests, when my team has access to the assets and then are able to find them with common tags we share
• when making a file public and sharing the link it is great to followup to see the analytics of how many have viewed the file
• there is an ease of uploading assets, the challenge is to get all uploaders to tag assets
• appreciate the feature of "related assets" -- this is super helpful when you want assets to group together

• Not all employees are on the same page when tagging assets on the upload, which can make it a challenge to find something.
• pinpointing a specific asset at times can be a challenge
• it would be great upon upload if the asset would be flagged as a duplicate before upload just to be sure the question would be asked if this is a new asset to replace the old

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share assets requests with inside/outside people without attaching files in an email. Once a collection is made able to reuse it many times.
Great platform to organize and share digital assets among the organization
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful and flexible way to organize assets, with the optiopn to customize taxonomy. Support team is great, and there always improving the product and adding more-better features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty to tag large amount of photos based on the content of the images. A.I. powered features can help with taht, but are add-ons and very affordable. Also the fact that "Folders" can't be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have all our digital assets stored in Google Dr and Dropbox. It was very challenging for the team to keep files organized, and the lack of cataloging and search capabilities was frustrating and unproductive.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall usability and accessibility stands out for us. The tool offers all functions required in our daily business and is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The launchpage/homepage could offer more flexibility in terms of design, structure and localization.

We are using Bynder as primary source for all brand/media/sales content including images, videos, guidelines, manuals, forms, templates, etc.

Powerful Tool with Great Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that, as an administrator, I can access the settings and customize everything in Bynder, which makes management increasingly intuitive, and I am passionate about that technical aspect. I also really like Bynder's ability as a provider to always add new features and developments. Additionally, Bynder's ability to organize all assets in one space is invaluable to us, allowing us to homogenize the brand across different countries and departments, and share campaigns without the need to navigate through multiple folders. The existence of modules like Studio and Bynder Express integrated into the tool eliminates the need to use other platforms like Canva or WeTransfer, which really simplifies our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the homepage, it is problematic that the current configuration cannot be automatically transferred or copied to the new one, which implies recreating everything from scratch and is inefficient when there is a high workload. In Studio, it is frustrating that the undo option (UNDO) does not work properly and the video editor is complex to handle. Additionally, the audio editing capabilities are limited. The brand module (or cx community) presents difficulties by not allowing the editing of certain basic features, such as centering texts or choosing from more than three columns. Moreover, the lack of a duplicate and save button applied to everything is a significant limitation, as it forces the repetition of design work. Likewise, the navigation arrows cannot be customized, which adds confusion to the design. The analytics section is very basic compared to other more advanced tools, which makes a notable difference in marketing analysis capabilities. Finally, the initial setup of Bynder was arduous, especially due to the requirement of intensive classification of metaproperties, which resulted in a slow start.

A clear, easy-to-use digital asset manager
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has allowed us to take control of a vast photography archive, making it easy to unearth forgotten images and underused assets. Being able to search for image contents/visuals has been a really powerful addition to our creative process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modular pricing means that we are not able to make use of the full feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was around the discovery of assets that we have permission to use in various settings. We have a huge photography archive but storing them in Dropbox meant it was very hard to find new images, and it wasn't possible to track consent/permissions/expiry dates alongside assets. Bynder has solved these issues in one go - filters and powerful search makes it much easier to find underused assets, and the metadata allows users to see if and how they are able to use the asset.
Easy and accessible application for sharing assets.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Bynder is being able to have all assets in one place and being able to share that content company wide: making sure every user sees what is relevant for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes would like to see features that aren't there yet, but luckily there is a community where tips and tricks can be shared. And, in most cases, feedback is valued and features are implemented when there's a demand for it.

Bynder made sure that we can store all our assets in one place, and give us modules to facilitate the needs of our customers.
Implementation of Bynder for international company
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has the features needed for our asset management. It is easy to add assets to the asset bank and create groups that can be shared with other users. The search functionalities are comprehensive and allow for a granular level of detail. Bynder is used by partners internationally with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our iteration of Bynder is occasionally slow to load; additionally, when Bynder was upgraded, we encountered issues with the language settings and editing the taxonomy became less intuitive.
