Solid DAM product with compelling creative automation and content management features
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive DAM core that is easy to support and extend without technical involvement. Investment over the past 3 years in Brand Guidelines, Studio, Content workflow etc has strengthened the platform as a goto DAM and Creative Automation platform. Integrates well with most third party platforms.
Dedicated Customer Support Managers help to ease any friction with the platform and work actively to keep customer engaged and informed on platform updates. Bynder has a clear roadmap and delivers well on their promises. Recent moves to support Asia Pacific region with sales and support staff out of Melbourne has been welcomed.
Platform was simple to implement with a great set of onboarding consultants from Bynder. Their teams understand the product well, including any weaknesses, and are open to take feedback to enhance the product. Bynder product owners regularly engage with community to improve the product in an open an transparent manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder Homepage tools feel dated and complex when managing different experiences by language, market etc. New planned enhancements using Landing page tools should help aleviate this friction.
Woud be nice to have more flexibility to display higher resolution previews in the DAM, minor gripe.
Increasing pattern of new features being pitched as solo standalone modules/features (i.e. Search AI, Analytics API) at additional cost, when there is a clear case that some of these could be expected as part of core features; especially for enterprise customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a simple and easy to use DAM product in a B2B setting for 20,000+ global clubs and staff. Bynder provides a set of tools that offer great flexibility to self manage DAM experience, Metadata and supporting Brand Guidelines and content (guides pages and landing pages). Bynder significantly accelerates our ability to deliver finalised marketing assets and campaigns direct to our customers. Strong asset analytics tools, and great support for multiple languages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Google Drive to store asset before, and it was hard to find the asset we need because different team store the assets in different folder and Google Drive doesn't really have a functionality to find the files
Stellar platform with a welcoming onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
We’re a growing company that quickly outgrew SharePoint’s limitations, and we’re excited to use Bynder daily as a powerful tool for our marketing and sales teams. The support from the onboarding team has been incredible, making the transition smooth and seamless. We’ve also been able to easily integrate the platform with our other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that it takes some getting used to, especially for a company accustomed to a folder-based system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently expanded and acquired a new office across the country. Bynder is helping us align our teams cross-functionally and ensure brand consistency.
We loved working with your team. They were clear, efficient and very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder removes the bottleneck that previously ran through me. This gives me time to focus on the bigger picture and less time completing "gopher" tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have lots of room to grow into this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a way to make our media assets viewable and available to all those on our team. Bynder will allow everyone to see what assets are available without bottlenecking through one individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has been an instant game-changer for our team, which historically struggled big time with asset manager in our old DAM. When we started learning about and using Bynder, everything began clicking into place. Bynder's onboarding team was also great to work with and always helped us get through any challenged. Would strongle reccomend for any company looking to find upgrade its DAM!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have nothing bad to say about Bynder. Overall, it's been a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The science behind Bynder really makes sense, and is the opporiste of most DAMs I have used in the past. Where most DAMs utlizie a folder dtructure, Bynder utlizes taxonomy. It takes all of the guessing and room for interpretation of of our team's work, thus makign the entire company a lot more organized across the board. Bynder has saved us so much time by allowing being more organized for all of our digital assets.
Bynder is a major upgrade from the server life
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder makes files easily accessible versus a server folder structure. Onboarding was simple and easy.And admin settings are user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Small functionality bugs, like not being able to search from list. Having to use worksheet for certain functionalities. Can't create smart filters for certain metaproperties

Removing assets from outdated server folder structure.
Great interface and customizability
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremelely user-friendly and customizable, which helps to create a professional looking DAM with minimal effort. Our onboarding process with Francine was also great. She was super helpful and got us up and running very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The batch uploading process for large files is extremely time consuming. It would be great if multiple files were simultainiously uploading at the same time, rather than one file uploading completely and then moving on to the next.

Perfect tool, easy to use and happy about the onboarding team
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. We went from a quiet simple tool to a much more easier one. It's user friendly and the onboarding team is very professional and replies to all kind of concerns we may have for the onboarding part of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we didn't know that the migration from our datas would require more work from our part than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share as much assets as we want the way we want. The rights and access are easy to use and very flexible. The tool is very flexible in terms of personalization, it answers to all kind of specifications that you need.
Excellent Platform, Top-Notch Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's really fully customizable and easy to navigate and integrate with other platforms like Canva and Adobe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I think there will be a bit of a learning curve for our users, but it will be a much better database for our sales assets in the long-run. We currently use SharePoint and Bynder is way superior.

Bynder is helping our marketing team organize and store all our brand assets and sales enablement materials in one, easy-to-use platform. Bynder's features and level of customization is much more advanced than our current SharePoint system. It will allows us to seamless push out updates and track analytics to better understand which assets our sales team uses.
