The Solution to all my Problems!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to quickly search through our gigantic library of photos. My team would field requests for very specific photos and now I am able to just share our entire library with them and have them search. It's made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not anything that I dislike about Bynder. The Onboarding process was amazing. My team has been using the product for 2 months now and I've not had any complaints or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at an agency that has been around since 2005 and in that time we have accumulated over 50,000 photos. My job as photo lead is to share out specific photos as requested. Well, I have only been with this agency since 2021 and all of the photos taken before I joined were scattered all over our team's google drives and personal drives and archives. By uploading every single photo we have into Bynder and applying tags, now our photo library is extremley easy to search through for everyone on my team, regaurdless of how long they've been with the agency. It's streamlined our photo sharing and searching porcesses to a degree I couldn't imagine!
Seamless and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, and the taxonomy structure makes it easy to find the assets you are looking for. Our onboarding coach was extremely helpful and made this a very stress-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect of Bynder I do not like is that I can only upload one folder of assets at a time (I cannot select multiple folders).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us orgainze our digital assets so they are easy to find and distribute.
Exceptional service and product
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one portal for global brand governance and assets management with intuitive interface. It was really easy to integrate, set up and navigate through it. Bjorn and Marilu were extremely helpful in the process during our weekly calls and made the entire journey smooth and seamless, addressing our questions prompltly and providing invaluable advice. The team has been using it everyday since, still woring on uploading all assets and setting up templates and guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brand guidelines styling options could be further enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a global company, we had many challenges in keeping the brand consistent across geographies. With Bynder we cam make sure that all regions have the most up to date assets as well as tools to create additional assets faster and most importantly, keeping it all on brand. Online brand guidelines made it easier for us to update and distrubute to all employees, making sure everyone is always up to date. DAM created a platform where all teams can grab the latest version of all collateral, having one space to be able to browse, download and collaborate makes a huge difference.
So far, we feel like Bynder is going to be a great tool for us!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Great back end and excellent training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really started using this yet. We just finished training. I don't really have anything to add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us gather our assets and coordinate it in a useful and meaningful way. We are also excited about the ability to share assets easily within and outside of our organization.
Friendly, responsive team with great UI
What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder employees at all stages of the process have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They are responsive to emails and organized with their meetings. On the front end, the system is easy to navigate and will be an incredibly useful tool for our entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of nuances to the system so significant time and customization during the onboarding and setup was required to get it to fit our company's needs exactly as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is organizing our digital assets in one location rather than our several disparate systems. It alleviates emails back and forth sending documents and permission agreements. It allows customizable access to files so our employees can get the resources they need on their own.
Austin and Nicole were great to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Vertically and horizontally configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say with confidence any dislikes.

Making our digital assets a lot more organized, filterable, and easy to integrate with our other systems.
User friendly and detailed
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process has been very good and understandable. Also the tutorials provided is pretty much straight forward and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much about disliking Bynder as it was a smooth process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that the number of files in the system was quite confusing and hard to find. With the good filtering method, Bynder helped to easily find the assets within no time.
Positive experience and great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
We changed over to Bynder from a much older, outdated DAM. Bynder has been a very positve change for our company and much easier to use and manage. We have been impressed with their customer service and all the help and training provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is with sharing items on the DAM - you are not able to share a single asset, it always has to be in a collection. The collections do not have as many options for sharing as I would like either (the asset always has to be an asset that is viewable by all in our DAM to be shared outside of the organization which I sometimes do not want to be the case). But this is a relatively minor thing with some workarounds if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily finding and organizing our assets, easy access for our users to brand assets which saves a great deal of time.
Bynder has been a game changer for our company
What do you like best about the product?
We were lacking organization in our company with files living all over the place. Bynder has become a one stop shop and eliminated the issue. I love the modern interface and it is so easy to quickly find assets. Franchisees absolutely rave about it. Studio has also been a game changer. The editable templates allow franchisees to add their DBA while exporting brand compliant templates in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope to see more formats added to studio. Currently, you can only export as a jpeg and PNG. I hope to see PDFS & more in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our disorganization issue!
Bynder is a very useful and easy to use tool for anyone who needs to gather assets all in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is collected and organised in one place. Collections and tags make search really easy. Also, having options of size and format when downloading an image is really convenient for covering different cases of usage. Customer support is always very direct and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having collections inside collections is a feature that would be really helpful in my point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the brand's assets are in one place, so anyone inside the company who is in need of an asset, knows where to find it.
My colleagues can find what they need on their own (most of the times 😅) instead of asking me each time where evrything is.
I also can have an overview of all the images available when I need to choose a photo of a certain theme. Collections and tags are very helpful in this respect.
I can also compare different search results, which helps me when I need to verify things on another platform that we use for our web content (Contentful).
My colleagues can find what they need on their own (most of the times 😅) instead of asking me each time where evrything is.
