What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibilaty to be able to customize the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is now a better asset housing solution and asset distritution system for myself and my team.
Overall good experience.

Once setup on Bynder it was easy to navigate through the system and find assests that were needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult at times working as a third party between our client and Bynder when trying to get answers resolved.

Switching fron an older DAM to utilize a newer product that met the clients needs
Really great onboarding experience that walked us through the entire platform!

Bynder helps us keep our massive amounts of influencer content organized and easy to share.

So far we have had zero issues with Bynder.

Previously we had no single source of truth for all of our content. Now we have a single, well-organized location where everything can be stored.

Bynder is a fantastic product
What do you like best about the product?
From the time we began to search for a new DAM to meet our needs, Bynder has checked every single box. The ease of use, the interface, and the ability to help us pass along our complex usage rights to our end users has been amazing. The implementation was a breeze, and the customer support was second to none. Shout out to Sandra, Stephanie, and Francine for doing a stellar job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features should be a explained little more thoroughly. My team often confused asset versioning for DAT, and didn't know the Media Import tool didn't come with a sandbox environment, thus rendering it not useful for our needs. Not a reflection of the team we work closely with, but we would love for the sales team to better understand the differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complex usage rights for our assets, and being able to put that front and center for our users is a time saver. The other key piece is requiring taxonomy for files upon upload. In our previous DAM, users with permissions to upload would usually do so without tagging, making the Administrator's job that much more time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder's user experience is great. You can see that a lot of thought went into designing this tool. Our users rave about its capabilities and ease of use. The tool is very user-friendly and the onboarding team did an amazing job helping to get the tool implemented. The onboarding team was very prompt in helping us resolve issues and made the whole experience very easy. Their project management and communication skills were top-notch. Bynder is leaps and bounds better than our previous DAM solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. The experience with Bynder has been absolutely great.

We use Bynder to share marketing assets company-wide. We store logos, stock images, brand guidelines, videos, product guides, etc. Sharing marketing content has been a breeze with Bynder and users love the interface.

Bynder is easy to start with, Connor was super helpful with showing features that would be most applicable to our use case

Take a while to set up templates, and some features are not as robust as Adobe, but that's to be expected

Bynder is solving the issue of creating assets in a cohesive manner across departments. We will be able to do so without long times between projects.
Extremely positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness, availability, and good humor of Ryan, Austin, and Cait when information or questions were needed. Everything is extremely smooth in communication and process, each step is taken one by one, and we are gradually and efficiently led to the next steps of the implementation.

Very honestly, I did not perceive any weaknesses or negative points.

Centralize the 3 current platforms in our company into a single one, Bynder, with an optimal user experience and a modern tool.
It is beneficial because it reduces the number of platforms for users, and allows us to present a better image of the company as the tool is modern and efficient compared to what we currently have.

The onboarding team was amazing! They were very professional and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were always available to answer our numerous questions and to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Great product, but some functionalities could be added to facilitate certain tasks, like being able to do some mass updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have all our assets in one place and use filters for the search. It's much easier and faster to use than our old platforms.

Great product, easy to use and detailed onboarding process. Was able to guide us through set up and answer any queries we had, while also making sure we understood how to use the product and get the most out of it.
