Thoughtful and thorough onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
We are just getting started with Bynder but I am grateful for the onboarding process that we just completed. It allowed us to create a foundation that I expect will help us get the most from the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I can't evaluate what I dislike about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is allowing us to better organize, access and share our digital assets.
Great Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a platform, Bynder is much more than just a DAM. We utilse a variety of the tools available, including brand guidelines, studio and workflow and have found each to save us time and money, and to have made our internal processes smoother. We very much value the ability to customise the tools, and the user friendly way that the back-end is built which enables us to do that seemlessly. However, by far the customer experience is what we value the most. We have found the Bynder team approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help - and this has been invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder doesn't have the prettiest UI - which will make some creatives balk - but I would take the functionality over the looks anyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder makes it easy for us to share assets with third party vendors - and for internal teams to find the assets that they require independently. We also use Bynder workflow - which allows us to much more easily keep a track of comments and approvals on assets.
A great DAM and excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has excellent customer service. They frequently update and improve their platform. It was easy to set up for our organization's needs. The template function has been widely adopted by our organization. Software issues are extremely rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Template function is clunky and takes a bit of a learning curve. Updating home page is not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a source of truth for our collateral, having an easily-searchable DAM, easy way to share assets either with public or internally, template creation.
Most Intuitive DAM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Bynder in June 2023 and have been loving it, I wish I had made the transition much sooner! It is such an efficient method in anyone's workflow and works cross functionally very well. Bynder is now universally used within my company, and my team uses it everyday. The tagging/filtering system is incredibly helpful, and everything on the platform remains super organized. Bynder also has a great team of reps that is there to help you through every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches in Bynder, like when needing to look up a different filter. Sometimes, there are very one off glitches like assets not updating for awhile, when you edit the metadata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our workflow so much more efficient!
It's nice to have everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside of using bynder is that it allows me to say "It's on bynder" to anyone looking for our assets. Employees, dealers, distributors, vendors can navigate without any guidance from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about bynder is the taxonomy setup. It pays dividends later on, but the initial cost can be heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving the drain on our creative resources by giving us a system anyone can use to find whatever asset they need.
Functionally sound solution backed by a great support team!
What do you like best about the product?
The people behind the product. Support team, account management, etc. Everyone we have interacted with has been super helpful and proactive. Keeping us up to date on the latest releases, and also providing assistance with ways to improve our use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only because this field is required, but I think that there are some limitations in functionality and user interface around Taxonomy and Metaproperties management. It is quite difficult to visualize and configure these crucial parts of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing asset access to our retailer/B2B customer base and internal teams across the globe!

Bynder as a tool is a very user friendly solution, with strong customer service.

Developments can sometimes be more focused on new things rather than making existing things more robus.

Best in class datamanagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a very user friendly tool. And easy to use across all different departments in the organisation. It is a very intuitive tool. We use it for all our product assets, and sharing capabitities to retailers. It has become part of our daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much on Bynder, but internally. To have everyone aware of the criteria. "garbage in = garbage out"

Delivering assets to the retailers. And building more assets based upon 1 design. Different derivatives
Professional and Highly knowledgable
What do you like best about the product?
From start to finish all employees at Bynder are highly knowledgeable. They provided informed, hands-on training tailored to our requirements for the DAM, ensuring a personalized accommodating experience. Anytime we had questions the response time was within 12 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was a learning curve, but once you learned how everythign works on the backend, it was smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder will beable to hold all of our assets that we use for multiple projects at a time and sort and tag them, also allowing other to have access and to them. We will beable to search within the programs we use daily instead of a server. New hires will have an eaiser time finding assets, and we will be able to collaborate with vendors much easier.
A smooth experience throughout the entire on-boarding process.
What do you like best about the product?
We are now able to create an engaging and intuitive platform for users for all things relating to the Univerity's identity. A hub that centralises our digital assets and facilitates collaborative working, smothlines our processes and enables us to manage consistency across all content creation.
The analytical module will help to support an ongoing programme of continuous improvement.
The customer support from the onboarding team has been fantastic. Their communication has been readily available, clear and informative.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately we were mis-informed re. user licenses, and the requirement for all users to have a licence in order to access the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no one central system for all digital assets, through a programme of internal engagement and enablement, Bynder will enable us to ensure all digital assets are available to all users of the system.
