Best DAM solution
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of customizations. Ease of Use. We had great support from Björn and Jakob. Excellent and ease of integration

At this point, there is nothing to dislike

Unites all people from the team to use and to share all files. It will make the work very easy

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience with the Bynder team was fantastic. Very tdetail oriented, responsive and thorough in their training.
Bynder's interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate from an administrator role and we expect it will be a much easier and more helpful tool for our end user partners acorss the organization to find and implement a variety of content.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike; we are just implementing Bynder so it's too early to tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we have a lot of content in a lot of different places and did not have consistent naming conventions or revision control. Primarily, Byunder will help addres that - allowing various teams to more easily find what they're lkooking for and be confident that it's current and approved for use.
Having the flexibility to create custtom portals for each team also personalizes the experience and allows us to out the most useful collections front and center for specific end users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is great. Bynder will allow our marketing team to keep our brand consistent across all channels. I can see alot of our comapny utlizing Bynder as an asset hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Bynder portal run slowly...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is allowing us to share approved content with external entities while also keeping brand consistency internally

The ability to drill down and quickly find an asset.

Permission management is robust which makes it a bit challenging to implement. Because we came from a folder based structure, that could be a reason for the challenging nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly find assets and give more people in the organization access. Ability to hold assets that are large in nature seamlessly.

The team who helped onboard us were great at explaining everything and their patience answering our questions or walking through something we had discussed previously was top-notch. The customer support couldn't have been better.
I like how easier it is to navigate Bynder's DAM vs. our previous DAM, especially being able to see the image previews without having to download each individual image.
I also like add-on's, like Studio. This is going to extremely helpful when we have to create something on the fly asap for our various teams!

What do you dislike about the product?
It might come off confusing at first when someone else is showing/explaining it, while watching their screen. However, once you become more confident and hands-ons, it does become easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share files - whether that be documents, images, videos, the ease of it is so much better! I am able to support the teams at work better.

The patience of Bynder to embark on an implementation journey with a big corporation!
The support has been so great. The Bynder Onboarding Team can anticapte really well what kind of blockers might occur and what to keep in mind when to configure the DAM. The Bynder DAM comes with many useful features. The simplest ones bring the greatest impact sometimes - whether it's Dynamic Asset Transformation, the great options to personalize within workflow module setup, or even the button to share an asset by one touch. The Bynder DAM enables us to create a new standard of handling assets, increases our efficiencies worldwide and reduces manual work by having smart and intuitive integrations.
The UX of the DAM is super easy. It's pretty self-explanatory - this helps so much since if it's too complicated to be used by the majority users, it's going to fail. And this is not going to happen with the Bynder DAM. The process is clear like a cooking recipe!

A very big thank you to Viola, Marilu and Ken - you were so engaging and supportive along the entire implementation/configuration/migration process. I perceive it as the benchmark experience. Like every tool existing, there are a couple of features we wish to be rolled out soon - more derivate configuration options or DAT for videos as an example.
So there's no dislike but more like an antipication towards add-ons and innovative features.

It solves the challenge of having a fragmented landscape of different asset management or hosting tools in place. With Bynder, we set up one single source of truth for assets and can easily integrate sales tools that get their assets from Bynder.
Moreover, we benefit a lot from the workflow module and the freedom of setting up our own specific processes within the system.

What do you like best about the product?
As a DAM platform, Bynder provides our company with a robust and scalable system offering all of the functionality necessary for providing the workflow and guardrails to maximize the efficiency of our marketing and design departments. We scrutinized Bynder against some of the biggest names in the DAM business and found their platform stood toe-to-toe with them, with a price tag that made it possible for us to engage.
Equally as pleasing about our experience with Bynder is the team members we engaged with from initial contact, through implementation/onboarding, and with handover to our CSM. Bynder is comprised of team members possessing an expert level of product knowledge and a dedicated solutions-driven mindset, yet can make the process fun, contrary to the dull, mechanical, highly corporate, and uptight demeanor usually experienced in a software implementation environment.
The implementation process was on point, well planned and executed, and an enjoyable experience. It was essentially painless. Our team was able to use our custom company portal prior to the completion of the onboarding process. Integration was relatively easy.
Bynder is a very user-friendly, logical, and easy-to-use tool once you get over the initial intimidation when facing something new.
It has been a completely enjoyable and professional experience. We needed a true partnership with our DAM vendor, and the Bynder team has fulfilled that need substantially and sincerely. We use Bynder daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
For our use cases, there does not appear to be a downside when fairly compared to other DAM products. Is any one single DAM platform the holy grail that as a standalone can do everything associated with creative/marketing content production? No. Bynder is a DAM, not a PM tool. However, with the product knowledge users can gain in presets and workflow, there are practical ways to work around not having a PM tool within Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing version integrity, a keyword/metadata-driven asset searchable ecosystem and the coveted single source of truth are the biggest wins for us with Bynder. Second tier benefits impacting our company are the guardrails that can be implemented and the due date constraints that drive efficiency in a controlled workflow to remove unwanted ancillary "noise" in the system.

I love how helpful the team is. I appreciate everyone is willing to hop on a call and explore issues we may have.

I would love to see it become more developed, especially from a user-friendly experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Claire Blechman moved mountains for us! She did an amazing job setting us up for success with Bynder. She carefully walked us through all features and how to implement with the rest of our team. She also provided a well articulated overview of Bynder including tips and tricks. I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their Bynder skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations and design editor still needs some functionality improvement. But overall, we are very pleased with Bynder and are excited to see what the future has in store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is keeping all of our assets organized accroding to audience and asset type. It has proved to be extremely benefitial.
A lot of infomation in a short amount of time but Nicole was helpful with every step in the process

Everything is in one place and we are able to provide a quick list to suppliers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coding in the backside of operations. The coding is from the 1980s, it seems, and as you all are probably aware, it needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All assets are organized in one location, and I can provide some reporting information to the suppliers who use our platform hyble.
