Solid DAM, great onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team are so helpful. The tool itself meets all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its expensive! But it does seem worth its value.

Amazing Platform for Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is one of the best platforms to upload and find content. It has a top-notch DAM system that delivers exceptional results in record time and provides the best solution to accommodate various needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aspect that needs improvement is the learning path or documentation to quickly get started on this platform in a short amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has good support for managing all digital assets and also helps eliminate the burden of maintaining the DAM
Nick and Nicole were nice and knowledgeable in the process of setting up the Bynder portal.

Once you know how to use it, the smart filter system is helpful when searching for assets.

The initial start is confusing. The automatic tagging did not work well.

Positive experience with onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Bynder is a great product. As an end user, it makes locating assets easy and straight-forward. The uploading of assets is very easy, and there are many different configurations embedded in the system which can be used/not used based on the specific needs of an organization.
The onboarding expereince with Nick Nguyen & Nicole Fournier was very good. They are both knowledgeable about the product, and helped to facilitate the entire process. They were avaliable for our many, many questions, and answered in a timely manner. They offered great solutions and suggestions based on our specific needs, and helped to implement them. They were flexibile, and worked with out busy and changing schedules.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is an initial learning curve when beginning to use Bynder. It takes a bit to get familiarized with the terminology, and to develop the Taxonomy.
There is likely an opportunity with the sharing assets permission. It would be great to maintain the ability to share assets with other Bynder users, but not with outside parties.

What do you like best about the product?
As an integrated marketing and design agency, we manage tens if thousands of assets for various clients. Until recently, much of the knowledge around those assets (e.g. file location, version control) resided with their creators.
Bynder helps us create a single source of truth for assets in a platform that easily integrates into our workflow. Onboarding support has been stellar, with our rep helping us think through and refine our taxonomy and tagging strategy.
The ability to make refinements at any point in the process was key to helping us understand the platform and will ensure that we use it daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're still early into our rollout, but my main request would be for more homepage formatting controls or layout templates for orgs with many clients and numerous campaign assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder offers a single source of truth for all of our assets, eliminates version control errors and saves us time when deploying or sharing campaign assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder serves as an excellent tool for enabling our employees to utilize templates, allowing them to create their own social media posts. This practice helps ensure a consistent brand exposure in the majority of instances.

Bynder should incorporate more sophisticated controls to restrict the possibility for our employees to experiment beyond the boundaries set by our brand guidelines.

Bynder assists in maintaining our brand identity and supports our employees in creating social posts with the correct design and in accordance with the latest brand guidelines.
Easy to use with strong filtering capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Using Bynder to store images is a genius move. I've never used a service with such detailed, specific filtering capabilities, which makes finding what you need a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the site freezes, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of images to manage, and sometimes we need to find something specific quickly. Bynder makes it simple to filter and find the images we need.
Friendly and very profissional team
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is very intuitive and easy to use, the implementation went smoothly. The onboarding team was super helpful, profissional and friendly. We hadn't the chance to meet the customer support yet.

Until now, the only less positive issue with Bynder was the translations - since the European Portuguese hadn't been implemented yet, we had a few rough patches,

File sharing, storing and indexation.
Amazing DAM solution, easy to use and to understand
What do you like best about the product?
The smart filter and the searching bar are amazing and makes everything 90% smoother when it comes to finding assets. It is easy to save assets, add new metaproprety/tags to the assets. Also, whitout training our employees, a big majority understood instantly how to use the platform.
The implementation took about 2 months and was brillantly driven by Jakob and Björn. The team was reactive and had answers to all questions and need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Small technicals things like the display on small windows, but overall, it is hard to dislike Bynder.

Storing and sharing our image bank, brand assets and contents + centralizing all our creative requests.

I like the way of working the most. you can use the templates wordwide, and that's in our company a good sign.

it was difficoult to know how you can make templates, and thet others can't change this
