Wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
our bynder reps, Austin and Caitlin, were beyond great - I cannot praise them enough. They were attentive, extremely helpful, and very punctual with all deadlines. They handled all of our concerns within a timely manner and went above and beyond to find answers to any questions we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, there's not much to dislike. The platform is user friendly and it does everything we need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
How versatile there offerings are comparatively to other DAMs. Having tested competitors before, the difference with Bynder in both functionality, customisation and control is obvious. The implementation/training team are invested in your team and work hard to understand your exact use case and deliver solutions that are tailored and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading time is a little slow and the lack of folders takes some getting used to. But bes\ides that I am very happy with Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is mainly helping us complete a firm-wide audit by providing us a creative workflow that allows us to pass all live assets through our board for approval. It also acts as a single source of truth for all approved assets.
Exactly what we were looking for
What do you like best about the product?
The staff at Bynder met us exactly where we were. We told them what we hoped to accomplished and they exceeded every expectation. They helped us through every step, made sure we were set up for success and had the knowledge and tools to be self-reliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ton to learn so it can seem overwelming at first, but as we become more familiar with the platform the level of customization and detail will become indispensable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and sharing assets internally as well as externally.
Amazing Customer Service and Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that each DAM is custom built to the client and use case. Our onboarding team - Austin Zeliff, Erin Collins, and Nikki Pitten were amazing throughout the whole process. The 10 weeks of onboarding flew by and now we have an amazing product that makes finding our digital assets so easy. I would highly recommend Bynder to any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Bynder is transferring all of our content from Google Drive to the DAM. It sucks but has to be done manually. Hopefully in the future, there will be an easier way to transfer content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is allowing us to easily search through and organize our digital assets and then share them out with stakeholders. Before Bynder, we were dumping all of our photos and videos into Google Drive and only organizing with folders. It was very hard to find anything we were looking for without the data we needed. Also, everything was hidden inside folders and subfolders. Bynder utilizes filters/metadata instead of folders so nothing is hidden and anything can be found with a simple search or filter selection. It has revolutionized our way of using our assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Great onboarding process and search-friendly organization
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching multiple things, it will add each search as an additional filter and often shows no results until you remember to delete a past filter. Would prefer if the default was only one filter at a time

Document search and storage - helps internal and external employees find important documents quickly
Flexible platform to increase your efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly customizable to your needs. Having a niche use-case, it was able to adapt and meet our needs. It also has efficiency features that make searching and finding assets much easier than previous platforms. There are bonus features like derivatives that immediately impacted the efficiency of my day-to-day work. Onboarding was comprehensive and our customer success manager was responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit high, but intuitive once you understand the workflow of the platform. There are some onboarding elements that were a bit more manual than anticipated and it was a huge undertaking to launch the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing specific, custom permission access to a database of assets for our business partners and internal teams.
Amazing onboarding experience for an amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is quickly proving to be a gamechanger for my growing marketing team at our organization. Previously, we utilized a Microsoft shared drive to store our assets, which began to prove challenging. Bynder offers so many services to marketing and brand teams and has so many capabilities that would be beneficial to an organization at any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently like everything about Bynder :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping my team store, manage, and distribute our files across our team and organization. The ease of use that the Bynder platform offers is already proving to save our team time out of our day, and it is such an easy platform to learn to use.
Easy to use, easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, easy to navigate and easy to set up. The UI is really nice. It's super straightforward and pretty. The taxonomy is simple. It's got a lot of great little features. You'd have to be pretty dense not to be able to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of folders. I'll never get over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is giving my team a single source of truth for all of it's assets. It's going to be the place we deposit all our creative content and house it for the team to access and use.
Recently transitioned to Bynder from another DAM platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in building your taxonomy. Number of integrations that are available. The ease of implmentation and transition from our previous platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an easy way to update metadata in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a DAM but found that we were outgrowing it's flexibility. Bynder has the ability to integrate with many of the other technologies we use on a regular basis increasing efficiencies across the company.
Intuitive Product with Excellent Service
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is an innovative DAM solution that is continuously improving its product. They have a beautiful, modern interface that is intuitive for users and administrators alike. And their onboarding team is very knowledgeable and provides a very smooth setup process for your custom portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no specific features that I dislike about Bynder. There are a few minor quirks to some workflow pieces, but these are easy to learn and overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing better organization of, and access to our master photo/video library, while directly integrating said library with the software our marketing team uses on a daily basis.
