Functional and Intuitive DAM!
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has allowed us to consolidate our visual assets and bring visibility of said assets to everyone in the company. It has really streamlined workflows! The filtering system makes it quick and easy to locate the files we are looking for, and one of the best features for sharing content has been the ability to create collections and share those without requiring a login. This system is flexible and easy to use, and we were glad to see that we could implement it easily with some of the PIMS we are considering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when managing a lot of data the platform is slow or stops working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing assets with partners outside the organization and communicating with internal teams.
The ability to set up and download images in many different sizes has streamlined workflows and empowered our sales teams to independently get the images that they need which streamlines workflows and makes us more efficient.

Solid Media Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add your media to bynder with tags to make it easy to locate. I also really enjoy the fact that you can add extra versions to your uploaded content in case you have different versions associated with it. This makes organizing easy. I use bynder all the time because it saves me a lot of time locating it on drives or other storage locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Bynder can be a little slow at times but then again, we usually push it to the limit with some of the files we are pulling in at once so overall the pros of the software outweigh the cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder allows me to share content between departments so we can utalize a gameplan all while staying on the same page. I thing Bynder is the most critical software we have added to our company. It has been a major help to us over the years.
Makes things easy to fine
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging system + filteres make finding specific images very easy — i.e. I can search for a specific product that is featured in a photo, even if that file name isn't specific to the item.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be helpful if some of the tags were automated, so I could refine my search on images that haven't necessarily been tagged by my team. But, this would be difficult to refine without errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder allows easy access to all of our brand's imagery, with helpful tags, and more importantly — a dedicated space that shows the image's rights, so we don't accidentally use a photo that the rights have expired for.

Sometimes removing the search filters doesn't update the results

It's keeping all assets in one central location so all team members can access them quickly

The search & filter functions make it a breeze to find exactly what you're looking for quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the collections section, I wish you could drag the mouse to select multiple collections at the same time just like you can with individual images. I have many collections that need deleted, but to click them individually would take far too much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Bynder, I would have to format & feed images directly to our sales & marketing departments. Now they're able to find what they need on their own & format it for their exact needs. That frees up a ton of my time during the work day.
Simplifying Digital Asset Management for Every User
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder greatly simplifies the management of digital assets, making it easier for individuals and teams to organize, collaborate and share resources. The extensive customization options offered by Bynder are great too. I must also mention the excellent customer service Bynder offers its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating Bynder with other existing software or systems can involve some challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating certain aspects of digital asset management, Bynder helps streamline workflows. This includes tasks such as file organization, approval processes, and distribution, ultimately saving time and reducing manual errors.
Wolt Bynder DAM system
What do you like best about the product?
The taxonomy has really helped us organise and search in a much better way than before. Bynder has really allowed us to become more efficient in asset management but also archive. the system is easy to use for all employess in Wolt.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few issues with Bynder Tempaltes however this seems to all be fixed with the new Studio module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for all assets (10s of thousands)
What also really helps us is that we are able to set up assets by region and even country and allow to set expired assets to come off line.

Best DAM (Digital Asset Management) Site Hands Down
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has seamlessly integrated with our system. To date, we store 150,000+ assets in our DAM. As an Admin, I find the ease of using Bynder's taxonomy section amazing. There are many features that allow me to customize and add additional filters for maximum efficiency and productivity. The bulk edit function makes the ease of implementing changes much quicker. Finding the desired content is a breeze with filtering, even for employees and outside users do not frequently use the site. The ability to share collections is helpful for our business as well.
Customer Support repeatedly exceeds my expectations. They’re friendly, prompt and courteous. I’ve visited the Resource section on Bynder.com and have been very pleased with the amount of content they have ranging from guides, videos and even webinars.
I highly recommend Bynder for any company that is in the market for a user friendly platform that helps maintain brand consistency.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Asset Bank has a click and highlight feature that is super useful, BUT that function does not currently exist for the Collections so there is not a faster way other than individually selecting collections to bulk delete or transfer ownership.

Bynder houses all of our assets in one convenient, filterable environment that helps streamline productivity and maintain brand consistency.
Basic functionality and not much more
What do you like best about the product?
It does it's job and stores all of our digital assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is extremely clunky, often with bugs/errors, and updates to the core product feel nonexistent. Customizing the system is often so unintuitive that it requires customer support outreach.
