Excellent Bynder Rollout
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and easy to use tool, but also has a lot of more technical features if needed

So far Bynder has been great. I do not have any complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to upload photos from various locations and easily host them on Bynder to share as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
A DAM that grows with you! You can start small and add more modules and integrations at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the onboarding team being located in Amsterdam, it was challenging for the Australia team to make themselves available in the evenings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content situation is complicated. Usage of ʻlow taxonomyʼ systems, different content use cases and high volume content requests that add pressure on creative teams and delay product-to-market campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
As you can see from my title, I thoroughly enjoy the ease of use of the Bynder platform. When I began working for this business, it was an easy software to understand - intuitive and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any downsides to share about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is excellent for storing assets, and in terms of my job, Bynder assists me in delivering digital assets quickly and easily to the dealers, distributors, and other groups I work with daily. It is an extremely organized platform, making it quick to use, which allows me to focus more time on other tasks.
Best in class DAM and onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
We adopted Bynder because the interface was the most straightforward. Understanding that adoption would rely on the ease of use, Bynder was the easy choice. The sales experience was excellent, and the onboarding has been enjoyable and thorough. Christina's knowledge of the platform is fluid, and she helped usconfigure our site in a way that has required no reworks after the fact. Anne was our other onboarding partner who worked tirelessly to keep us on track and ensured we covered what was needed in the time allowed. It was enjoyable to work with both of them weekly throughout our onboarding. The end product is one we are very happy with, thanks to the work by Anne and Christina.
In daily use, the UI paradigms between the modules of Bynder are consistent, easing adoption. The platform feels very well thought out and is enjoyable to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the glitches I encounter are in Safari and the Support team has relented more than once that I need to use Chrome. I find that answer unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote sales team that is constantly in need of product images. Bynder has facilitated quick and easy access to commonly used assets for that team and everyone else in the organization. Previously, those requests could use up an hour or two a day as we tracked them down on Sharepoint.
Bynder has also elevated our ability to align internal communications and projects with brand standards because of visibility and access to brand assets and guidelines. Discovery of assets of any kind is a joy because of the effective UI.

Great Tool for Brand - Quick Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to learn and implement. Great tool for our brand. Helps our customers find assets quickly while saving our team time. Very easy to customize and organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk uploading images can be a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers (dealers) used to email our team looking for assets continuously, leading to time being taken up by our team & dealers having to wait for a response. Now they can enter the open asset bank and get the required asset.
Bynder Review
What do you like best about the product?
My Institute completed the Bydner onboarding process about a year ago and since then we've implemtneted it fully with our teams. Since then, we have over 20,000 assests on the platform. What I like is that it is easy to use and it complies all of our assets in one place. As well, the fact that we can search for content in a variety of ways and share content internally or externally is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform had an option to easily select multple collections and share them via one link. That would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my specific department, Bynder solves the issue we had with housing content. Prior to Bynder, images (in particular) were saved in so many places and it was hard to find something specific. With Bynder, we've found that we have all of our content in one place that makes it easy for everyone to access it when needed and the search option will help us sort to find what we need.

Easy search function, tagging is immensely helpful

I think the clear filters button should be under the search area - will be very confusing for some people

image library for our members as well as a DAM for us for images and finished assets - templates as well
Great DAM, but missing some flexibility in pricing and basic offers
What do you like best about the product?
The metaproperties and filtering system are great and easy to use. As a DAM it functions exactly as we'd like and we love the file sharing system that it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still struggle with the Studio module and the options that are there. Their basic options are also very basic for the price and while it is a great tool, there are certain features in the analytics portal, for example, that you have to add to your package that we feel should be a basic offering. We've also struggled with the after sales service. Onboarding was great, but as we are a relatively small company compared to some other Bynder users, it does feel that we really have to struggle to get support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing with customers! Having one place where we can access all our assets without dragging and dropping is a great asset for us. We also like that it is one place to store all our assets and have a full overview of what we have.
Friendly and helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the portal is customizable and there are so many things that you can do in your DAM to make it useful for everyone using it. Amanda Grimm, our Onboarding manager, was super awesome and always found the answers to our questions if it was something out of the ordinary. We had very specific permission and restriction needs for our DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. There is a lot to it which gets overwhelming but once we get use to the platform and use all the training tools I think it'll be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier navigation and allowing the entire organization to have access to our visual assets.
Useful but missing one key component.
What do you like best about the product?
All assets in one place. Able to manage who has access to what.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic function of overwriting an old file of the same name with a new file. All operating systems have performed this way in the past with a pop up that says do you want to replace xyz file with a new xyz file. It is going to get messy and confusing pretty quickly.

Replacing multiple sources of image retrieval with one single source of truth.
