What do you dislike about the product?
Choosing the tags you like to be the priority is not an option. It is nice to have that since, in our use, tags are the navigator for our clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients can look for images, making our job less complicated. They can always have up-to-date images.
Smooth process and wonderful working with the Bynder Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how most of our company assets are allocated on this platform that employees in different areas of our organization can access. The smooth and quick process of getting us set up was unrivaled. This was all thanks to Christina Solorzano and Catlin Grant, who were wonderful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the primary use of Bynder is for Digital Asset Management, most of the workshop training provided was more information than we needed. About half of what we went through will have an unlikely chance of being utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems Bynder helped us solve were storing, tagging, locating and making use of assets. Because of this, we needed a digital content experience transformation - Bynder was our solution.

We had some issues with getting kicked out of the session at first.

Having a single source for assets instead of multiple systems.
Efficient DAM & Team Who Exceeds Expectations with Successful Onboarding and Training
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder DAM is easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation. This makes it simple to upload, manage, and share digital assets. Features such as tagging, metadata, and search filters to quickly locate the desired asset make the organization and search capabilities effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation on managing image variations. The tool allows for multiple versions of an image to be uploaded but without the ability to be easily tracked and managed. I also regret that each EPI integration (Box, for instance) is a rather expensive extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder provides a central repository for all our digital assets, making it easy to manage and access them. The platform also ensures that all assets are properly labeled, tagged, and categorized, making it easy to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Some users may find it overwhelming or overly complex. However, this is actually a testament to Bynder's dedication to providing all of the tools and capabilities necessary to meet the needs of its users.

Streamlined digital asset management, improved collaboration, consistent branding, and scalability. Overall, Bynder can help us manage our digital assets more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, inuitive, and the company has great support networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need to remember click off/on certain things like filters when you search (must manually click off previous filters when you do a new search) or remember to click on/off items when choosing which assets you want to alter. It's not necessarily bad, just something to remember / get used to when working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are slowly building up our repository of images and other files. Prior to this, it has been frustrating having to email multiple people to obtain assets and wait back for their response (they are in China and their schedule is completely opposite of our time / schedule.
Best Onboarding/Audit Experience I've Ever Had
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much we can customize. The ability to add so much metadata means we can more easily find the assets we are seeking. And the ability to restrict access to assets means we're not exposing unnecessary parties to assets that don't apply to them and their needs. It was a lot of work to get everything in order, but with the help of Claire, our onboarding manager, it was much easier. She made sure everything was set up just how we needed so we can make sure that things are organized from here on out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some restrictions to use that I'm not fond of, but I was able to submit product requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to free up our marketing team to allow other teams to access assets more easily. This also allows us to store assets in a neutral space where we can easily access them and know that we're all using the same updated version without worries of assets being inaccessible on local computers or servers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Bynder sets itself up as a new resource for your team as if it were your organization's new department! We appreciate the close and direct support and service!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer there to be more innovative ways to upload assets. I would also love to see a feature that allows public sharing without login, other than embedding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On our campus, we have a lot of departments and a lot of academic programs. All of these use and share digital content all the time, but assets are all over the campus in so many places. We now have a centralized hub to house digital assets, share them across campus, and easily provide access to outside entities!
Good experience, some glitches
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is how easy it is becoming to store/find our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload postal doesn't allow uplaod of large files, often people get frustrated by the amount of time the drag and drop takes (if it even works at all)

It's helping us store/find all the high-quality content we had spread out everywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was great; I can't wait to share it with the company! It's so easy to use and almost like google for all your assets! I love that you can brand it to your company's brand guides. Makes it feel like your own!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had much time to truthy play around with the platform, but from the excellent training from your team, I don't think I'll have any issues diving right in!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have one space to have all our files! It will be much faster for our teams to grab the needed files! I also love how visual it is! It's a one-stop shop!
