Amazing onboarding experience for an amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is quickly proving to be a gamechanger for my growing marketing team at our organization. Previously, we utilized a Microsoft shared drive to store our assets, which began to prove challenging. Bynder offers so many services to marketing and brand teams and has so many capabilities that would be beneficial to an organization at any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently like everything about Bynder :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping my team store, manage, and distribute our files across our team and organization. The ease of use that the Bynder platform offers is already proving to save our team time out of our day, and it is such an easy platform to learn to use.
Easy to use, easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, easy to navigate and easy to set up. The UI is really nice. It's super straightforward and pretty. The taxonomy is simple. It's got a lot of great little features. You'd have to be pretty dense not to be able to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of folders. I'll never get over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is giving my team a single source of truth for all of it's assets. It's going to be the place we deposit all our creative content and house it for the team to access and use.
Recently transitioned to Bynder from another DAM platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in building your taxonomy. Number of integrations that are available. The ease of implmentation and transition from our previous platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an easy way to update metadata in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a DAM but found that we were outgrowing it's flexibility. Bynder has the ability to integrate with many of the other technologies we use on a regular basis increasing efficiencies across the company.
Intuitive Product with Excellent Service
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is an innovative DAM solution that is continuously improving its product. They have a beautiful, modern interface that is intuitive for users and administrators alike. And their onboarding team is very knowledgeable and provides a very smooth setup process for your custom portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no specific features that I dislike about Bynder. There are a few minor quirks to some workflow pieces, but these are easy to learn and overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing better organization of, and access to our master photo/video library, while directly integrating said library with the software our marketing team uses on a daily basis.
Great Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The support team was considerate, knowledgable, and most importantly, interested in understanding our company's overall needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features and functions not included or possible to use that would have been helpful component to our DAM workflow (user commenting on asset page, viewing animated GIFs)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our creative content asset management workflow was in dire need of an upgrade. Bynder is a vast improvement from our prior system allowing for comprehensive search and clean user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
as an admin it would be useful to have the ability to impersonate another user so i could easily identify issues or errors theyre experiencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving employees easy access to assets they otherwise would email the marketing team for. Saves me a lot of time from answering emails and locating assets.
GatherContent is actually a effective content collaboration and management program
What do you like best about the product?
GatherContent provides a structured way of content creation, which allows teams to plan, organize, and work together on tasks effortlessly. The capability to create content templates and define workflows makes sure reliability and clarity throughout the content development procedure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although GatherContent is targeted on content planning and collaboration, it does not have powerful visual editing features. Teams searching for in-depth design and formatting solutions might have to integrate with extra applications.

GatherContent handles the problems of content creation, collaboration, and approval head-on. Its organized content management, collaborative workflows, and content briefs give a complete solution for teams planning to improve their content projects.
One Place Of Truth!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience. The platform and sharing features are built in a way that we can build and maintain in one place, and it can serve out customers, and internal partners
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the App was better than it is. We heavily rely on the Home Dashboard for our Sales Team, and that page is unavailable on the App. This essentially means our Sales Team of 25+ will have to access via Chrome in the field
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with one place of truth for all final assets. This prevents us from having to having multiple version of different assets out in the world.
Very well thought out platform and great on boading support.

The clean UI, ease of use and Bynder on-boarding support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that we would have liked to have that were not availible, such as thumbnail for template file types.

With Bynder, we will be more productive, efficient and transparent.
Great Step Foward
What do you like best about the product?
It was being able to see the view of what we needed and execute appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
More customization is needed for the user experience. There is a lot, but there could be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single source of truth for all of our digital needs. We had everything stored in google drive, but now we have one place for the entire library for digital assets.
