Great tool to organize and house your content
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Bynder is how you are able to organize your content with so many different filter options. I love how the homepage is so customizable so you can cater it to exactly what your needs are. It makes everything so much easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how there is not a feature to "favorite" pieces of content or save pieces of content you want to quickly access into a designated place for users personally on their side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us solve the issue of specific content being hard to find when you are searching for it. With all of the customizable fields and folders, it will save users in our organization time when they need to filter down to find a specific piece of content.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Bynder onboarding was a great experience. It wasn't time-boxed, and they took the time to ensure we had the proper training and tools to utilize the service. We even could have some special requests and customizations to ensure we are able to have an experience that works best for our needs. Dean & Christina were super helpful, patient, and organized. A+!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything was done well and there are no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping provide that single source of truth for all of our assets, both internal and external. We will leverage the DAM as an internal tool for our company to view all of the latest assets, documents, and procedures, as well as power our digital experiences with the Bynder DAM.

It's easy to use and easy to figure out. The system is designed really well.

The set up calls are great, but it's a LOT of information to sit through on a weekly basis.

What do you like best about the product?
We are currently on WebDam and migrating to Bynder. These comments reflect comparing features of each. The change from a folder system to a tag system. Change from Light Box to Collections. Collections offer improved functiontality and security. Given the limited functionality of the WebDam Brand Portal, Bynder offers increased functionaltiy, security and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Zoom feature!!! Users should be able to zoom in on assets within Bynder. Having to download assets from Bynder in order to zoom, is unproductive. WebDam also lacks this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond the points made in question 1, we use Bynder for asset consolidation, user interface, asset organization, asset security, asset sharing, and licensing and usage identification.

Bynder Onboarding Process
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder allows us to provide consistent, brand-approved content to our organization in a user friendly and intuitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this point, we haven't run into any downsides with Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder allows us to easily access and monitor our library of assets. This has created efficiencies in editing and ensured that what our organization has access to is the most up to date creative.
Still getting used to the platform but I see the potential for a great DAM system

I like the UX compatibility and the potential that it has to store a large amount of information with a useful tracking and search system

I am still adjusting to the fact that there are no folders and the asset management itself is something that will take time for me and my team to get used to overall

Bynder is helping my agency gather all of our assets for a variety of clients in one place which will, overall, contribute to a more organized system when sending and receiving assets
Great DAM Tool with Wonderful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a great DAM system that works really well by itself but also has infinite potential with integrations. The staff are also amazing. I have always enjoyed every intereaction with anyone I have spoken to from Bynder. Their support team is wonderful and always quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is little flexibility in collections and how they are organized. This is one feature that could be improved, however any time I have had feedback, Bynder has been very receptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving many things for us. We have integrations that are used by our website and PIM, just to name a couple. We consider Bynder our "one source of truth," so all of our marketing content is stored there.

What do you like best about the product?
GatherContent offers revolutionized the way I approach content management and collaboration, offering a user-friendly and extensive program that makes easier all the content creation process. As a content creator, I have found GatherContent to be an excellent application that improves performance, communication, and the overall quality of the content We create
What do you dislike about the product?
Although GatherContent provides a number of benefits, there are some areas that could benefit from further processing. The initial learning curve could be a little bit difficult for new people, specifically for those people who are unfamiliar with content management programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GatherContent has successfully handled problems related to content creation and collaboration. It's removed the chaos of handling content throughout various platforms, emails, and documents by giving a central hub where all content-related activities take place. It has resulted in increased accountability, streamlined feedback loops, and a more organized approach to content creation, creating a high-quality product.
Streamlined Asset Management with Top-Notch Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Bynder's granular filter options and clever search functions that save me a lot of time when sourcing assets. It makes it very easy to make and share collections. The customer service is excellent, with quick help for any issue, especially from Timon. I also like the custom homepage that allows creating a tailored user experience, making it easy to access the latest assets. The initial setup was easy because the onboarding team were amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for multiple SKUs needs to be a lot easier. I wish there was a specific option for multi-search to allow multiple filters on top of each other, or a way to copy and paste SKUs from an excel sheet that can be automatically searched through AI.

I use Bynder for storing and distributing imagery and video for marketing and trade. Its granular filter options and clever search functions save me time sourcing assets, making it easy to create and share collections.
Bynder & Doximity
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledgeable team with lots of support for getting the experience up and running like we envisioned. Simple upload process and user interface. The web experience is pretty high end looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are running into problems with some of our new business sales team that prefer the Clearslide experience because of the more advanced insight into when decks are opened/how they are viewed. We were hoping to keep them 100% on Bynder for all resources being sent but prob not likely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the Google drive to date and have no info about what pieces the team is actually using the most. We also have an issue with the team using outdated materials that find by searching in the Google drive.
