Very good programme to use if you ensure every colleague sticks to the same tagging system
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to store assets in one place for easy access. When using the right filing system is becomes very convienient to find assets quick and easy. Happy with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging systems can be very complex and if all colleagues arent using the same tags for assets, in order to group them together, then assets can become lost or hard to find which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all assets in one place for colleagues to access, upload and download convieniently. Though, it can be hard to get your head around using it so trainings are needed for employees.

Ease of use, functionalities, intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the onboarding, it's really mostly a self-service tool. More proactively offering regular trainings would make the experience better.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload and tag assets. Great tool for employees to find what they're looking for and ensure the assets are up-to-date. API works well with website.

Sometimes the functionality is a bit confusing for internal users, so they struggle to find what they're looking for.

Ensuring assets are always up to date and reflects this on our website which it's connected to.
More than just a DAM
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is easy to use for people inexperienced with a DAM system and is easy to train users on. As a company, we have found that Bynder is more than just a library of assets, but also a powerful tool for brand guidelines and delivery of assets to third parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting on Bynder could be more dynamic. I would like it to be easier to peer under the hood on our assets. That said, I do feel that the Bynder team takes these suggestions and works to improve them.

Bynder solves our asset storage needs making our asset library searchable and shareable. It allows us to upload large batches of assets at a time and add specific metadata

User interface is appealing and easy to navigate. Ease of uploading multiple assets at a time
What do you dislike about the product?
Individualized development and unique preferences are not available which creates some manual work for admins.

Makes digital asset management simple. Lots of helpful tools. Batch uploading is easy. The onboarding team was very responsive.

Needs more customization options. Would love a few extra features like collections of collections.

We have assets scattered around the globe and needed to put them in a single, easy-to-search place.

I like that we now have one place for all assets to live that the entire organization can also access. Everything will finally all be in the same place and the option of being able to make collections is great for sharing,=,

The one thing I wish bynder had was the ability to create folders or to create mini collections within collections mostly to help keep things organized for our team

Bynder is serving as the central place that all assets live that everyone has access to so things don't get lost and/or buried and more than one person knows where things are.
Amazing Dealer Portal
What do you like best about the product?
Our internal team manages the entire system, from adding users to updating menus. The upload process is extremely simple, and end users do not require any training. The Bynder team is amazing. Megan in Sales and Connor our Onboarding Manager were both outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beginning discussions were confusing. Looking back on developing the taxonomy, we did not fully understand how this information would be utilized. We would have set up our groups differently, however we can simply make updates as we move along.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean, organized interface, easy to use and learn for other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular! Everything has been good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global organization, and getting assets around the globe was problematic. People would reach out in different time zones looking for images and assets, and we would respond when possible, but sometimes it was a whole business day delay. Now, the search functionality works, and it is largely self service. This is not only faster for the sales teams, but it also more efficient for the creative team who can spend their time on creative!
