Its an easy to use tool, with a good looking UI

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to interact with the API from the developer side of things is a real bonus. The documentation is very thorough and easy to navigate. We can share the login screen with outside staff and they can upload directly to the system without logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting up of derivatives for images is a little long-winded as it appears we need to liaise with Bynder representatives instead of being able to set these up by ourselves in the poral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The resizing of images and videos is a great help and it allows us to focus less on potential storage issues and instead continue to develop our websites knowing that the media will be available and securely hosted.

It is a simple use tool with knowledge base materials to reference for quick assistance,
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when needing analytics in reports. Things don't flow alphabetically. When creating a 'future request' there is no quick turnaround fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder support and the CS meets with Abbott to discuss issues that arise and best solutions. Allowing various file types and divisions to live in one database helps our complex company.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder allows our internal staff to create marketing materials on the fly. They can also access assets very conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the interface is intuitive. On occasion, something within the portal is not functioning correctly.

The Bynder support staff are excellent. When I run into issues they are addressed immediately and communication is great.

i find it hard to search for stuff, I often get a lot of irrelevant results and have to ask people int he image team what to specifically search for

What do you like best about the product?
The bynder file transfer system is a really useful tool. Collections are also very versatile for sharing with people in and out of the organisation. Uploading files is also pain free and simple to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search tool is really frustrating. The relevancy of the results is not always accurate, and I find myself having to put any phrase in quotation marks otherwise I end up receiving results for just one part of the phrase first. It's also really irritating that when you close the site and come back, it sometimes saves your last search and this can often make the search tool useless without refreshing. When you put in a search item and hit enter, it almost always just shows the first item in the dropdown list rather than all the search results. Playing videos on Bynder is also irritating as if you don't click exactly in the centre of the screen, it will move on to the next item in the library. I also question why, when you make a file public, you can't remove that status without deleting and reuploading?

Bynder collects all the different images and videos together in one place which is useful. Collections allow you to share a large number of files quickly without having to download and share yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Bynder is the ease of use, and the self explanitory use of the platform. It's easy to pick up without needing to explain to people how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the occasional bug, or slowness. But besides that the platform runs and works smoothly.

Bynder is helping with our approvals process and stores uploads in a manner which are easy to find and interact with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have an easily searchable database of images that are organized in such an easy way to find. I also like all the bonus features, like sharing assets through a link creator.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has been challenging to onboard new staff to the product. It's also been difficult to implement upload processes and staff are split between those who use it and those who don't.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, my business has a disorganized filing system where files are stuck between G Drives, One Drive and personal computers. This presents several problems and risks.
The Bynder system not only allows us to organize our assets, it also saves time by allowing easy searchability.

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has great people that create a great experience for customers from exploration to implementation. I have used Bynder at two companies now and the results have been the same - fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder can be a little confusing in the implementation phase, but I think that is the same across all brands of DAMs. It seems foreign at first until you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our company keep a single source of truth that contains all of our assets with all important information tied to them. It is easy and quick, eliminating time spent looking for assets and increasing productivity.
Big fan! Highly recommend!

As a previous user (another company) I ind Bynder easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to have "folders" for assets based on specific metadata on the asset page rather than icon of all of the various assests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had assets stored all over (everywhere) on a shared network drive, which made finding items difficult and time-consuming. There was no way to control access, so we had people using obsolete assets in presentations. With Bynder, that problem goes away.
