Our experience was very informative and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of Bynder is being able to easily search through assets using keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part is since it has so many features it can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving is the organization of our assets, and being able to easily send images to our other offices and vendors.

Easy access and very easy to navigate and very easy to find support for the site

a bit slow to download files, i tried in diffrent browser but it was the same result.

To get pictures in high quality that i need for my project with my partner
After completing onboarding, I'm excited to get to work with this new, innovative tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The filtering and searchability will allow us to find, present, and use assets in a more organized and easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a folder structure makes some aspects of our work difficult on Bynder. We will still have to utilize other tools for organization. If there were more ways to group things, like collections, it might be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The searchability has helped cut down on time searching through countless folders. Our designers used to come to our photographer looking for specific assets. Now it is easy for them to find exactly what they are looking for on thier own.
Unrivalled usability and functionality, very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple setup and great design of the tool - I can find what I need in seconds and easily create content from pre-made branded templates if I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - I can't find any major faults the way I use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and distributing content to my teams, creating and using branded content and sharing content with external parties when I need to.
Great Program - very intuitive and easy-to-use

I enjoy how easy it makes it to collaborate!

Find the back end of the workflow difficult to understand - but like the workflow itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to improve collaboration. Having a content library - where all users know the due diligence has been done for every piece of content and on top of that it's easy to find - is going to be a game-changer!
The DAM for forward looking brands
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface, how easy it is to find the right files and the speed at which new functionality is added to the platform. We are also using the digital brand templates module which allows us to create personalised content at scale without having to go to our design team and request small changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I particularly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising all our digital assets in one place and not having to spend loads of time finding what we need. We are also saving so much time creating assets by using the templates module - non-technical users like me can create great-looking assets from pre-set templates without having to bother the creative team.
Intuitive navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation and search features couldn't be easier to understand and use. Fast and reilable downloads of selected items.

Detaiked descriptions could improve, limited information on assets available from thumbnail view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single point for image sourcing. Faster concept to production time. ease of cross participation from remote teams.
Highly customisable DAM with an unbeatable UX
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the filters are. Our old DAM was too basic .. it was really hard to find anything and felt like an old school 90s storage cabinet. The search function has literally saved be dozens of hours over the last few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took users who don’t use it every day a while to understand the platform. Most of our admins are quite technical, so once we created internal documentation on filters, search, etc it help quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time. Cutting down the amount of communication on slack has been the biggest time saver. No more ‘where’s this’ and ‘is this the final version?’
Stunning Experience with Bynder
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder's team have been incredible to work with. From the discovery and sales process, all the way through the onboarding process, the Bynder team have been helpful, insightful, friendly, and attentive to our needs.
Additionally, the DAM is exciting and something we really enjoy using and look forward to continuing to add this into our everyday systems and procedures.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I could pick one thing to dislike from our experience so far with Bynder, I think I would pick the pace we moved through the onboarding phase. It's not at their fault at all, that was what we signed up for, but not having any previous knowledge of a DAM system, I think we underestimated the time to ease into something like this, and there were spots were our team felt overwhelmed by all the things and the pace we were moving through training and onboarding. If I could redo it, I would ask to slow this phase down a bit.

We are solving a ton of problems by implementing Bynder. Those include:
1. Efficient systems: Our current system (Sharepoint) has been nothing but painful. Bynder will provide efficiencies to work faster.
2. Scaling: We look forward to growing out rapidly increasing asset database with a system that can scale with us.
3. Faster Workflows: The Adobe CC integration allows our designers to access assets faster and more efficiently than ever before.
We have realized this system is big for us, but we are excited to grow into it over many years to come.

I would highly recommend Bynder to anyone looking for a DAM that gives opportunity for growth, efficient workflows, and organization amongst thousands of assets.

I feel that the tags, and related assets features are the most helpful, and serve to connect missing threads when working across multiple projects and people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tags that are brought in from the stock photos are often unrelated and not as helpful to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become much easier to find images on a quick timeline, and create projects that help organize future use. It is also easier to transfer projects to people who don't have as much previous context.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tagging feature can be tricky when importing stock images.
