I love Bynder
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to log in sometimes. I wasn't sure what was wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to organize our assets by tags.
Smooth and Easy Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has been so easy to use. It is helping Images Med Spa streamline all marketing materials, create templates, and personalize to different users. The onboarding process was very detailed and organized thanks to T'aquile and Claire. They were extremely helpful and always available for outside questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Bynder is solving at my company, is being able to centralize our assets. Making sure everyone in the company is on brand and using materials that are approved by marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know exactly how you want to use a DAM and understand its full capabilities, it will come in handy when you start the onboarding.
Bynder has made project management so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager, I often build decks and external communications for our clients and partners. The Bynder Digital Asset Manager has helped me immensely by templatizing my work and keeping all our assets up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search filter would clear with every new search, but that is minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly share up-to-date logos with external partners; we don't have to establish protocols when onboarding new hires because the standards have been set; and everything is accessible by everyone 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
The site allows you to customize your home page so users can reach the most commonly used assets quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rolling out a new application company-wide is a difficult process when dealing with so many different teams [internally].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we faced was locating assets. We have a network with a variety of servers and hundreds of directories. This is common in a big corporate structure and it makes it difficult for all users to find good, up to date marketing materials.
Best in class digital asset management built for end-users
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder has been a critical tool for our team when it comes to managing our assets and easily finding the content and assets we need. The ease of use is unlike any other tool we've used and what used to take multiple emails and messages now takes a few clicks. The taxonomy and metadata setup and day-to-day use is straightforward and everyone on our team knows how to use the tool with minimal training and setup. We have been able to centralise all our existing content in one central place and have robust access controls in place for external stakeholders, something that is absolutely critical for our businesses. We no longer have to worry about the wrong files being shared with the wrong people - a real god-send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - I wish we had implemented Bynder earlier as it has saved us so much time in finding assets, distributing them and controlling who has access.

Finding the right content was a struggle before we implemented Bynder - now it only takes a few clicks to find what we need.
Usage controls were also a pain - now we can completely control who has access to what content, both internally and when sharing content externally.

What do you like best about the product?
The custom metadata properties help our team and colleges search for assets. I appreciate the collections and auto-tagging, and the ability to link it to Sitecore!
What do you dislike about the product?
You aren't able to send a link to a specific photo. It must be in a collection. I also think tags should not have to be all the same format (lowercase or uppercase).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a place for other colleagues to go to find and populate (upon review first lol) different assets. Makes searching for photos for our team more efficient, too.
A great asset and content management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is really easy to use and lets me store, search and share my global content assets effectively, with great tagging, version control and the ability to host collections of content. We use it to store and manage all of our assets (from marketing content, brand assets and photography to core product materials and internal resources).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not used the content creation workflows much - we tried one project using this feature but not everyone on the project was able to access the workflow or receive notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My content marketing team use it to keep a good track of current and archived content, and share content with our internal colleagues in easy-to-search collections. We find it's a good place to download templates for quick content creation, and to store and monitor use of content in global languages.

What do you like best about the product?
So. Many. Things! It is extremely user friendly for both heavy and casual users. Love the ability to curate collections of assets. Love the digital brand guidelines. Service from the Bynder team is top-notch. Team members are highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The platform is fantastic and there is nothing I can think of right now that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now provide access to outside third parties to upload and download approved assets. The platform is easy to update, so it will be much easier for our team to keep it fresh for all users as compared to our current dated system. The "collections" feature also makes it easy to quickly create specific curated groups of assets for any situation.

Customization to make Bynder feel exclusive to your company is a BIG plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like Bynder to sync with more software programs. Bynder search field cache should clear out if I clicked out of the Assets tab.

Better organization. More up-to-date look and feel.

What do you like best about the product?
The team was always knowledgeable during implementation and advised best practices for our business. I appreciated their quick work, guidance, and expertise as we developed our Digital Asset Management portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've received great feedback on the platform. There were some limitations with custom aspects I would have liked to see, but our team was excellent in finding alternative solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are upgrading our DAM platform to a more modern and easy-to-use system. We are excited to showcase this solution to our employees so they can have all access to our business assets.
