Hot DAM this software is good
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder allows me to navigate our company's creative assets quite easily with it's tagging and organizational capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be burdensome if too many files get dumped in at the same time to properly organize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder has allowed for a one-stop-shop for all creative needs. I am able to quickly put together new campaigns using existing creative assets, taking pressure off our creative team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely one of the best DAM tools I've ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still in the implementaiton stage, but I love how easy it is to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a team helping me migrate content. As a very small team, it's taking a lot of my time to rename all assets, tag and migarate over. But the team has been great at providing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hoping to solve the adoption issue we currently have with our DAM. Bynder seems to be very easy to use, which I hope will help with usability.
The Best and Most Efficient User friendly Tool for Content Migration Projects
What do you like best about the product?
It created SO MUCH process efficiencies in our website content migration project. Rather than putting all of our webpage content into design mockups or a Powerpoint presentation, we simply built the content structure using the tool's content blocks to demonstrate the page layout in a much more organized fashion. Saved us so many hours of work (and our client $$$). Not only that but we were also able to collaborate and track updates with SEO and multiple review partners within the tool in real time via the commenting feature. The best part was the tool was so user friendly that we didn't have to spend hours or host numerous meetings to train our collaborators on how to use the tool!
GatherContent made us look GOOD and very organized in the eyes of our client. We re-designed, migrated content and launched 26 websites in one year. Coming from the Project Manager, this tool saved me from having to pull a lot of all nighters.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if GatherContent provided 24 hour support and a phone number to call if I need to discuss my account. The customer service was great, but we could only communicate via chat during certain hours of the day. I'm sure this level of support is coming in the future as the company continues to grow.

This tool saves you time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and onboarding experience was extremely thorough and we felt supported along every step. The interface of the actual DAM is the best we found.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some enhancements we would like to Bynder, but they seem to be innovating and adding tickets into improvements.

This is helping us organize all our digital assets in a user-friendly environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a DAM that has a customer service element to back it up. This is it. The onboarding journey was very thorough and we love the interface of the product. Very intuitive.
Good application for content experts who dislike writing content inside a CMS
What do you like best about the product?
GatherContent really does a good job of bringing article writing, evaluation, and approval in a single place. It provides a variety of solutions that contain it to key cms, which makes it a powerful way to export content to Content management systems without needing to work together with development to customize web templates or functions within CMS for several days

GatherContent provides a few very helpful capabilities however sometimes it isn't user-friendly as to exactly how customizable you can make web templates inside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GatherContent assists me in personally manage the content material for customers and deliver to them regarding evaluation as well as approval fairly effortlessly.

Great Basic DAM - Terrible Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use and implementation was great. The tool is very intuituve and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service for the last year and a half has been horrible. Our main contacts kept leaving and we were never notified of new contacts. The "Success Squad" was also non-existent. We went as far as calling corporate phone numbers that were never answered. Finally made contacts and had extensive conference calls to go over our needs on 2 occassions with 2 different associates, and once again we never received and follow-up. Extremely unprofessional. We are now shopping for a new DAM.

Great asset organization with easy to customize taxonomy. Allowed us to set-up variations to download files in different sizes and file types.

Bynder is a solid product with a great implementation team.

AI that can tag pictures does not exist.

We needed a better way to organize our images. Bynder helped us do that across the enterprise.

The user interface is really easy to use, and its search functionality is great.

I haven't had something I dislike yet with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for image database, central storage of images. This is a great central location for all employees to access images.
The best DAM software!
What do you like best about the product?
I looked at a number of DAM software solutions and found Bynder to be the most robust. Their implementation process was critical since I wanted to make sure we were using every function of the software. The implementation manager worked with me to answer every question and make sure I understood all of the in's and out's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading assets takes quite a bit of time, however I suspect that would be the case with every DAM. Looking forward to finishing that process so that my team can start enjoying the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have grown quickly and have our assets spread out all over the place - Dropbox, Box, Sharepoint, C drives.... Bynder provides us with one source of truth and makes it very easy for our team and customer to access the assets they need.
