Smooth Onboarding Process
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive once you get used to the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up permissions at the beginning can be a little tricky, and we had difficulty logging into the platform initially. The platform can be buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're streamlining a very fragmented asset storage system

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with Media Bank ABB mostly. Everytime I get a help so I'm very happy with the quality the service was provided.
Positive experience, the platform is constantly optimising which suits the nature of our business.

User friendly interface, helpful support team and agility within the platform.

Platform can be slow at times, different time zones make urgent support queries time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving efficiencies via the use of workflows. Benefits include end to end job tracking, greater visibility of tasks and insights into what our users are seeking most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have recommended Bynder to friends who work outside of the business. Whilst Bynder does present some gaps, we share our use cases and recommendations to the team who take our feedback onboard to improve our experience. The recent implementation of Video Brand Studio has been a milestone for our business, enabling our centres to create content for all digital channels free of cost. Digital Brand Templates have been in use for a number of years, saving our business almost 2 million dollars in total cost savings compared to briefing these assets to an agency for creation. What would benefit us the most, is having greater visibility of Bynder's roadmap to assist us in planning ahead for optimisations that are relevant to our use case. Overall, Bynder is a fantastic platform and we look forward to continuing and strengthening our partnership in years to come. Also to mention, our Customer Success Manager Maryse Weinberg has been a delight to work with. She endeavours to go above and beyond, sometimes in difficult circumstances due to our time zone differences. She has assisted us greatly and we are very much appreciative of her ongoing support.

Bynder is a great tool for storing and transferring images
What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like is the fact that the image thumnails are a good size, it's very intuitive and easy to use.
Ease of finding images and ease of uploading images.
Being able to download various sizes and not just the original without having to resize.
The collections which can be made for sharing is also very handy.
The file transfer is also very useful and is quicker than wetransfer

I am not so keen on having to clear my filters prior to searching for another item as I always forget to do this!

Ease of sharing images with colleagues without having to access the slower main server.
Everything is in one place and the search function always finds what I am looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is not only attractive to look at but also intuitive to use. It does all the things we shortlisted as both essential and 'nice to have' before embarking on our search for a suitable provider.

Honestly, we don't have many issues, an occasional need specific to our business but that's all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the DAM system for all of our digital media assets - for easy storage and retrieval plus simple sharing with partners and colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a Marketing provision within a large institution, a system such as this is essential for storage, retrieval and easy sharing of multiple types of digital asset. Bynder does this very well and has provided a stable platform that's customisable and scalable with a good system of support. I would recommend users who are looking for a solution to give Bynder serious consideration.

In order to have more data, you need to pay more. It's a pleasure to work with all the team.

How user friendly is for all the users. The way it's structured to find the assets thru filters, it's just awesome

Filters and lightboxes are extremely useful, as well as the "share your files" feature, much better than wetransfer ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is a bit tricky to update the brand homepage. It would be awesome to have a less "back office" interface to make these updates easier

Big difference on sharing final assets with teams inside and outside the company, everyone is used to Bynder now, and are familiar with the lighboxes! big big upgrade for us

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Bynder is the ability to search through all your assets with ease. Being able to develop a taxonomy that accurately reflects your organization and its structures is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could improve anything, I would improve the program's ability to upload large amounts of images at once (without having to use the mass upload spreadsheet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had thousands of images stored in different places. Bynder puts all of these images in one place and allows us to easily locate an image. This will speed up the marketing and design process, help us keep assets up to date and make it easy for new staff to find assets if any of our team members leave the organisation.

Their onboarding support was exceptional. They always responded in a timely manner, listened patiently to our questions and explained things clearly.
