What do you like best about the product?
Searching and filters are a big improvement from our previous storage. Love having taxonomy to help all our users better find what they need. Adobe integrations are helpful, though I've only used them through photoshop so far so I can't speak to how they work with illustrator or indesign, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to copy all taxonomy/tags onto multiple files with one click—sometimes we have the same image with different specs and it needs the exact same metadata as a file already in the system, and in order to do that now I need to open both files in editing and apply each tag individually. It would be great if there was an "apply all metadata" button or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are able to find the files they need on their own now through the search filters. Before we had a file system to make up for not having metadata and people didn't use it and would instead just ask me to get them files. This makes it easier for people to get what they need on their own, freeing me up to do my actual work. This also helps us ensure we're using the correct files and people only have access to what they're allowed to use. We have more control over the imagery that goes out in the world, we don't have duplicate files, and if something is being updated we know it will be updated across all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Their Implementation process is very well defined and they kept us focused and set goals for each week to make sure we stayed on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a user of the system so personally I cannot speak to that. I am doing this review because I was impressed with the implementation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We outgrew our traditional folder storage of our marketing materials and we needed controls around who could use which asset.

what bynder has to offer, seems cutting edge and I felt supportive the entire time of onboarding.

nothing so far that I dislike.The system has been great.

I haven't found any dislikes in using Bynder thus far.

No longer having to deal with a slow server or lack of preview images when searching for design assets.

What do you like best about the product?
For our company, the Open Asset Bank is a great feature that allows for us to add a place for our dealers and customers to come and find marketing assets that they may need for their marketing purposes. We are also working towards using Bynder as our one source of truth for our outward-facing marketing websites and internal sales tools where images of our products are essential. For the most part, it is straightforward to use and, in many cases, speeds up my workflow daily. The team at Bynder has been great to work with, and they made the transition from our previous DAM very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no folder structure is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have several different processes for serving up our content. Bynder will solve that by being the one source of truth for that content.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder allows me to navigate our company's creative assets quite easily with it's tagging and organizational capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be burdensome if too many files get dumped in at the same time to properly organize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder has allowed for a one-stop-shop for all creative needs. I am able to quickly put together new campaigns using existing creative assets, taking pressure off our creative team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely one of the best DAM tools I've ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still in the implementaiton stage, but I love how easy it is to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a team helping me migrate content. As a very small team, it's taking a lot of my time to rename all assets, tag and migarate over. But the team has been great at providing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hoping to solve the adoption issue we currently have with our DAM. Bynder seems to be very easy to use, which I hope will help with usability.

The Best and Most Efficient User friendly Tool for Content Migration Projects

What do you like best about the product?
It created SO MUCH process efficiencies in our website content migration project. Rather than putting all of our webpage content into design mockups or a Powerpoint presentation, we simply built the content structure using the tool's content blocks to demonstrate the page layout in a much more organized fashion. Saved us so many hours of work (and our client $$$). Not only that but we were also able to collaborate and track updates with SEO and multiple review partners within the tool in real time via the commenting feature. The best part was the tool was so user friendly that we didn't have to spend hours or host numerous meetings to train our collaborators on how to use the tool!

GatherContent made us look GOOD and very organized in the eyes of our client. We re-designed, migrated content and launched 26 websites in one year. Coming from the Project Manager, this tool saved me from having to pull a lot of all nighters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if GatherContent provided 24 hour support and a phone number to call if I need to discuss my account. The customer service was great, but we could only communicate via chat during certain hours of the day. I'm sure this level of support is coming in the future as the company continues to grow.

This tool saves you time and money.
