Easy to use DAM with plenty of functions and features. Quick and efficient implementation!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is build in a way guding both light users and heavy users in how to use it. It is easy to scale up and down, both in terms for users, but also the different modules. For us as a growing group of companies, we feel confident that Bynder can do not only what DAMs are suppose to do well, but also grow and adapt with us. Great, efficient, guided and flexible onboarding and implementation. Fair pricing structure too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but previewing videos of different codecs would be great. Having to choose is a little painful even if it wont affect us that much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Making it easy for an entire organisation to work efficiently with multiple brands offering multiple products across the world.
- Reducing 'over production' by making produced marketing assets available to everyone to download and be inspired by,
- Freeing up resources for creative production instead of comms and trying to locate + sharing files.
- Enabling brand management by creating one single source 'of truth' and assets.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
For us, Bynder was the best DAM on the market. I've compare them to others and concluded that they are fairly priced, have the best user experience for all user groups and are very flexible and efficient to work with, from sales to implementation. The modular set-up and the integrations are great too.
Great DAM tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is extremely friendly and intuitive. I have no concerns about rolling this out to the team, and don't forsee any need for user training beyond a basic intro. It functions much like a website storefront in terms of how the search works, so it should feel very familiar to users and easy to pick up. The UI is very clean, modern, and easy to use. The uploading process is simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many programs, the introductory tier is lacking a few of the features I'd love to have, however, the next subscription tier up includes much more than I need. It would be nice to be able to add features a-la-carte, since the massive jump in price is hard to swallow when you only need a small percentage of the features included in that level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us organize our assets, store metadata with them in a visible way, have real version control, and easily share collections of assets with external partners. Most importantly it is helping us create a single source of truth, and eliminate sharing assets by email attachment, which creates multiple versions stored in multiple locations that quickly become out of date.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced structure of our assets that makes them accesible. Each user improved the time they used to spend to search for assets, which really makes a difference in our daily work. For instance, our media buyer is now able to see the latest assets uploaded in just a few seconds, our video editor can easily mix different types of assets for our ads, without having to switch through different folders, as he used to on Google Drive. No upsides found yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find anything I dislike until now. I have been using it regularly for about 2 weeks. I need to test it a bit more to find out what could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can now access and organize our assets with ease. The whole team has been using Bynder for about a week. Until now, I can say our creative flow is much more efficient and visible to everyone involved in it. We switched to Google Drive to Bynder which is a huge improvement for us. All the team loves it! :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a company that has many users with different roles and a lot of assets, if you feel your current platform is making you feel overwhelmed and you find it hard to organize everyday, then Bynder it's the right solution for you! After working everyday on Bynder, our team's efficiency improved so much and we are more aware of the assets we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Really intuitive platform, well organized and easy to use. A lot of flexibility for the admin to modify the platform with the growth and change of the company. A special compliment to multiple sharing possibilities. It was never so easy to search the assets and share them directly with colleagues and business partners.
Very competent, fast and friendly onboarding team, customer success manager and technical support. It makes the work processes more efficient and so much easier with such helpful and motivated partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder’s Creative Workflow is very helpful but not as intuitive as DAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have the web-based media database for all our digital assets, which used to be located in several folders on the server and was not really organized. DAM lets us keep and manage multiple pictures, videos, documents, logos, etc. in one central place. Now our colleges from another department and all over the world have access to all our assets and use them anytime. We have saved a lot of time since we have the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Bynder are the home page and the fast asset search! I love that this system is more than just a portal for all your assets. It gives you the opportunity to share communications, provide helpful resources (through links and articles) and provide announcements quickly and easily. The searching function is quick and easy, much more than our previous system. this is a great upgrade!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upload screen and where your tag will glitch. Also, when uploading multiple assets, it would be great to be able to see a large "zoomed" version of one of the photos, as they are small tiles when uploading multiple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This new system is solving the issue of speed and ease of use over our former system. There are too many solves to list! We also never had a solution to create an "add to calendar" link to communications, and Bynder has solved that for us using the file sharing feature! Without us even realizing it could be a solution until now. We are so thrilled to have this tool.

Amazing Platform, Excellent Onboarding and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is intuitive, extremely customizable, has excellent version control, and makes finding and sharing assets quick and easy. The onboarding and implementation experience was fantastic too. Our Bynder onboarding rep guided us every step of the way and was so supportive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just recently rolled out Bynder to the organization and users are still getting up to speed, but so far we haven't seen any downsides!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our assets were spread across google drives, computer desktops, and other places, and it was hard for team members to find what they need. They often had to do a lot of digging to find a specific asset, or ask someone else if they know where an asset was located. Bynder pulls everything into one place, making it easy for everyone to quickly find assets. It has significantly cut down on the time spent looking for files and also ensures everyone has access to the most up-to-date files. Team members also love how easy it is to share assets both internally and externally.

What do you like best about the product?
I simply enjoy its easy-to-use user dashboard and convenient brand management features that include video brand studio, workflow manager, and digital asset management infrastructure. Besides, there are lots of configuration and branding options, along with many other useful features. The entire signup and setup process is quick and structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is user-friendly and straightforward in most cases, it is a bit band when it comes to the reporting tool as it is not that user-friendly and sufficient to represent all necessary statistical data.

Our entire marketing team has been using Bynder to share digital assets such as images, videos, files, and documents online from anywhere, conveniently, instantly, yet securely. In short, we love using it as it saves our time and resources.

It's important to create a thoughtful and well developed system for migrating assets out of Drive, Dropbox, etc and into Bynder.
Bynder exceeded our expectations
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was a lot more useful than we could have ever imagined. It really helped us become self sufficient and we got to learn all the different aspects of the DAM system. We would not have gotten the same results without the onboarding team who was there every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature we are missing from the DAM system is the ability to give the option for an entire user group to request items, that would normally be free to use for others. Thus giving us a greater flexibility and control over which assets are being used by whom. Right now we can only set this to specific assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will now have a better control over our media assets and will be able to deliver richer experience for our customers. We no longer have to loose track of where assets are stored or where to find the latest changes made to an asset.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in the market of acquiring a DAM system, you need to consider Bynder. I am sure that it will blow your expectations.
