What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about this product is that it does a great job of carrying out the creation, review and approval of content in one place, it also offers a series of services that satisfy it with the main content management systems, I have been looking for improve the process and I was very happy to finally find a tool dedicated to this need since collecting content allows us to create templates, assign responsibilities, set due dates, manage status, track history, comments and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit irregular, I know they are still working on it and the professionals far outweighed the disadvantages but there were times when I clicked on one point and started writing and the text appeared somewhere else. It also bothers me that I have to configure the workflow because it is not always simple, but it is more a learning curve for the teams and requires someone with a deeper vision of the project to create and help update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This extraordinary software has the ability to create forms for the presentation of content, for example: I could encourage writers to complete sections for standardized content, as a guide instead of free form compositions and it is easier for my clients to manage, edit, Review and approve their content and for my team make sure they really have the final version to integrate into the website.

We are working on a substantial redesign of the website and without someone at home whose sole purpose is to manage the editorial process necessary to bring old content and reuse it for the new site, there was no way to try to manage the creation of content on four computers and one a dozen people would be healthy in a word processing program. The software has been fantastic so far since it makes our team of non-publishers work on collecting content has been quite simple and customizing templates for various web page content.

GatherContent has proven to be the best tool for organizing, formulating, planning, and processing good content. One of the things I like is that it is easy to import information from other sources, expanding the possibilities of organizing information. Also, I really like that you don't have to put too much extra effort into reviewing the content; this software makes publishing really fast and easy. This software allowed me to reduce the heavy tasks of tracking the various projects for each of the social networks (for example, the segments we wanted to open like curiosities, best countries to visit Fridays, etc.) done manually and/or through ineffective programs. It is really useful, easy to use, and easy to adapt to.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like much about the software is that despite being very good, I consider it to have a high cost after using the free trial, and also at times it is slow, perhaps due to the massive content of the page. Other than that, I really can't complain.

With GatherContent, I manage the projects of Qualitas Assistance, and what is planned to be carried out on social media, as well as managing updates, editions (which are uploaded on this platform), etc., allowing me to have a much more elaborate use and planning of content. Similarly, previously, content used to be a bit disorganized, with delays in publications and misunderstandings, so it has also contributed to improving communication between my client and me, by being able to work on these projects together with the tools that the software provides, allowing us all to be on the same page with the same vision, creating and managing organized and synchronized content.

GatherContent solves the problem of where to write content, collect imagery and graphics, collaborate within a group. It has also worked in the same way for us on other types of design projects where there is specific content that has to be collected from a client such as Annual Reports and Publications.

Sometimes it can be slow and difficult to navigate. I think our team needs to work on this and not so much Bynder. The one thing is it being slow and that could be helped by the Bynder company to make the site more efficient and easy to use.

Making it more and more customized for our organization. The benefits is that it stores a ton of files such as photos and videos.

If you ask me there currently is no better tool to gather all of your content. We use it for blog posts and client projects, websites, e.g. It's great that you have the ability to create your own templates and organize all of the content items like you want it. But I think the most powerful feature is the workflow feature that lets you create custom workflows so we can always use workflows that fit the current projects best. It is also great to assign people to specific content items to be automatically contacted once the item is updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One could argue that the content hub is a bit disorganized at the moment, but that never really bothered me and there is a overhauled version of the content hub waiting to be released later this month. I have no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GatherContent has become our own central hub for all the content we publish. We got rid of all the extra tools and keep GatherContent always updated using workflows, so everyone knows which creation phase an item is currently in. We use it also to separate client feedback on the content from feedback on design. For our designers, our project managers, content guys and our developers GatherContent is the final and single source of content.

GatherContent offers a free trial for 30 days, which I think you definitely should make use of as much as you can. It is a powerful tool, not too cheap though, so you should definitely check if you need all of the features or if a cheaper solution might be better for you.

Although GatherContent offers amazing services, it has one major flaw is that it gets slow when it have a large workload.

As an engineer there is a need to keep all your work in an arranged money. The GatherContent facilitates content management which in turn makes work easier.
