Powerful and Flexible Platform, but there are Hurdles to overcome
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very powerful & flexible offering the ability to define the exact functionality you need
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been issues with regards to Agiloft's attitude towards Customer Service, including its approaches to managing implementation & licensing. While the platform is powerful this comes at a cost in terms of how easy the platform is to maintain. For a small, specialised, non-technical Team this has meant a steep learning curve in reaching some level of self-sufficiency in the day-to-day use of the system. The need for specialised support should be identified, planned & costed-in from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Agiloft Platform has allowed us to revolutionise what were very laborious, manual processes by bringing in workflow, and the semi-automation of Contract Drafting using Templates. It is also offering us a path for continuous improvement/development/investment which will enable us to embrace future technologies such as AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI feature in Agiloft Contract Management Suite because it makes work less time-consuming and more efficient. Our performance has increased, and we're able to manage more contracts in a shorter amount of time.

I use Agiloft Contract Management Suite for managing contracts, which simplifies contract creation and processes. It makes our work less time-consuming and more efficient, enabling us to manage more contracts in less time.
Flexible and Industry-Standard CLM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to expand the usage beyond standard CLM processes as well as how closely the out of the box solution applies to CLM industry standards

it has been a great solution to handle our Employment agreements as well as managing our agreements with insurance carriers
Agiloft Streamlines Contract Workflows with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
As an Administrator of our Company's Contract Management System, Agiloft enhances and eases the internal processing of many agreements allowing an easy workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When processing a contract within Agiloft for e-signatures, missing financial entry details made by vacant end users has created error messages related to contract value. Therefore, the DocuSign feature is unavailable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft's Contract Management Suite is allowing our Company to track the reviews and approvals of agreements in one place and meet our compliance requirements and standard operating procedures.
Effortless Agreement Management Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to centralize and monitor agreements.

The legacy upload process is arduous and feels like quite a heavy lift.

Centralized Contract Storage, Needs User-Friendly Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that all of our contracts are centralized on one platform with Agiloft Contract Management Suite. This consolidation is incredibly valuable as it relieves us from the worry of migrating historical data to a different platform, ensuring data continuity and reliability. Additionally, having everything in one place simplifies the process of reviewing yearly Vendor Rebate Agreements and their terms, streamlining our workflow and enhancing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe Agiloft Contract Management Suite is user-friendly or intuitive. I find it difficult to manage once the contract is entered. It feels like it can only be used by someone who knows how to code. It seems difficult to use by entry-level teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agiloft Contract Management Suite to store and retrieve contracts, centralizing them on one platform, making it easy to track Vendor Rebate Agreements, and eliminating the need to move historical data.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very customizable, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. The customer service is excellent, making it simple to find guidance whenever needed. The suite offers great flexibility through customization, an intuitive interface that reduces learning time, and robust support features that make managing contracts efficient and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields do not currently auto-populate from the vendor record. For example, SOS should ideally auto-populate like DIR and insurance, which would reduce the need to upload the same information for each request and help eliminate redundancies.
Additionally, it would be helpful if Agiloft offered more training—perhaps I have not yet come across existing resources. While the customization capabilities are excellent, they can also be overwhelming. Cleanup or modifications can be challenging, as changes may unintentionally affect other fields or data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is less paperwork now, and the workflow has improved significantly. Additionally, having a central repository for contracts benefits the entire County.
Centralized Contract Management That Reduces Risk
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform can be tailored to match our workflows instead of forcing us to change how we work. The dashboards also make it easy to spot bottlenecks and keep leadership updated on contract status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customization options take extra time to fine-tune, and it would be helpful if more integrations were available out of the box. Despite that, the platform has been reliable once configured to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft has solved the problem of scattered contract storage and manual tracking by pulling everything into one secure platform. As a result, we’ve cut down on turnaround times, improved compliance, and gained confidence that no deadlines are slipping through the cracks.

Its user friendly, ease to use, it can be easily customized as per the need.

we have not use yet so dislike , is very difficult to say.

we can create the paper less environment and complete automation can be easily done in the organization
Streamlined Contract Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the comprehensive view that Agiloft Contract Management Suite provides, enabling me to see all contracts at their various stages at a glance through its charts. This feature helps me tremendously in taking necessary actions promptly. Additionally, Agiloft's ability to track how long each contract has been pending for external review is invaluable; it notes the number of days each contract remains under review, aiding in efficiently managing contracts that are either still under review or have not been signed by both internal and external parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that when I switch an approver on a contract that is already routing for approval, the newly added approver does not receive an approval email notification, even after clicking on resend for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the Agiloft Contract Management Suite helps us document contracts efficiently and access them easily. It provides visibility into contract stages, aids in tracking pending reviews, and highlights contracts awaiting signatures.
