customers are very delighted after getting those tailored reports and our NOC team do not have to create those reports manually now. Dashboards and visibility of the data is on spot.
Its very easy to use and implementing is also very user friendly. we have received very good customer support for using this tool for their accounts. our NOC team is using frequent to provide customer with the data required. currently , we have integration also to look after and implement for few third party tools that we are using Inhouse.
