What do you like best about the product?
Voucherify is a top-tier platform for managing vouchers and coupons. Its strong appeal comes from its comprehensive features that make handling and verifying digital vouchers highly efficient. Customers enjoy a seamless experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their management website was once a bit clunky, but it has recently been revamped and is much improved, so there’s nothing I dislike about it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before acquiring this product, we faced several challenges, such as creating new templates for our weekly promotions, distributing them, and tracking all of our promotional campaigns. Voucherify's API-first approach has resolved all these issues, enabling us to utilize its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
Voucherifyhas altered the way we manage promotions and customer rewards.one of the most notable aspects is it's extraordinary flexibility.This level of personalization helps us to connect with the customers in more meaningful way

It helps to operting basic discount campaings but lag's a bit for number of campaings at a time.
Although the platform is used to be user friendly, integrating it with our existing systems took longer than expected.

Best for rewards and loyality program
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful tool with best features for rewards and loyality program. We almost use it everyday to run referral campaigns to aquire new customers. The tool provides all the features we need to run a rebate program. I am using this tool for my department to make the customers feel good. This is a good tool and providing good customer support and easy to use.

I am using it for a while and everything works fine for me till now. No dislikes

Best tool for customer retention program
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Voucherify recently for setting up the retention campaign and i had a good experience with the tool. To setup a campaign its easy and we can do it by ourself. We can setup different types of rentention programs with Voucherify and Can able see the report in real time with the analytics. Getting good quality of customer support throughout the use.

If they can provide a better UI then it would be easy to navigate for the user across different features

We are managing all our voucher needs via Voucherify. It replaced an old Wordpress Solution and we have not looked back. Excellent customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Voucherify for over a year now and it has been a worthy investment. The easy to integrate APIs and excellent customer support allow you to deliver personalized coupons at scale, and retain your most loyal customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to warrant disliking but the user interface can be worked upon. The search function is another area requiring improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Voucherify has a solid, dependable implementation of vouchers and automatic promotions, and the functionality continues to grow. We needed a loyalty program for our users and were able to use Voucherify's and it works extremely well. The API is easy to use and the responses contain useful information that enable us to have meaningful flows for our users. Voucherify's servers are dependable, reliable and always available. The support is excellent, and if I ever need to do something that's not obvious, they often provide several workarounds to help us out.

We use Voucherify to apply automatic discounts for our VIP members at checkout. We also use it for manually entered discount codes. We most recently implemented our loyalty program using Voucherify. It's an essential part of our offering and helps us engage users and keep them coming back.

- Easy to manage promotions and loyalty actions as all distribution channels are managed via the tool (one trigger).
- Great support from the voucherify team.
- Complete user guide that makes it not too complex to set up the tool and start using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional features could be developed. Eg. It is not possible to define a time delay to triggers, users receive the messages (SMS, emails, banners...) as soon as they enter an audience segment or perform an event, but we cannot set a timeslot or delay to avoid sending the communication out of office hours. This could be an issue if the data synch from the CRM and Voucherify is not in real time and performed by night (users will then receive the communication by night...).

The tool enable to create a custom point based loyalty program and also to centralize the distribution channels into one single tool (one trigger).
