Love Procurify!!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Procurify streamlines purchasing. I love that I submit my order and not worry about it. It's super easy to use. While there are many features, I like that I can have a recurring order. It makes work a bit easier to only have to set it up once and know that I won't run out of needed supplies. Once submitted, you can easily see what stage your order is in, whether it be pending or still in the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Procurify allows me to make my purchases and not worry about paying the credit card.

Great accounting system. Lots of helpful support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues we are still resolving like duplicate invoices being received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working through several issues: Duplicate invoices (this may be solved soon). Invoices not populating. Incorrect Vendor Name.
Procurify makes your ordering so much simpler and faster
What do you like best about the product?
The number one change form before to procury is how fast and easy i can order any items for the hotel! Once you enter an item in procurify you can save it to the catalogue and on the next ordet its as simple as choosing the item in the catalogue, changing the amount of case or unit you want for this order, save then send for approval!! Huge time saver and even clearer order for the supplier!!:)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really... it makes every part from ordering the receiving to accounting so much simpler and more accurate and constant!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of paper since a used to keep a copy of my receipt for future item inquiry but now its all saved in procurify when you upload the photo of the receipt when receiving a product.

There is not much to dislike. It has a simple UI.

Adding in pictures I've always had to save snips and upload would be more convienent to have a direct feature.

Procurify is Great if you are a purchaser!
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify has greatly simplified the purchases I make for my company. The integration with sites like Staples and Amazon make shopping a breeze. The ability to add companies you work with is also a great feature. The web browser extension is good for sites that are not integrated with Procurify directly by still letting you export your shopping cart directly into Procurify. The mobile app works very well when you are receiving items and the ability to directly import photos of packing slips directly into the purchase record makes for less filing when your purchase is complete.
I use procurify multiple times a day and I know that it has greatly improved the speed with which I receive my purchase orders and sped up the entire purchasing process across the company.
The ability to use the program for expenses works very well. Everything from personal protective equipment reimbursements to travel and credit card is easily tracked and paid out in a timely manner using Procurify.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had with Procurify is the inability to pull back my own request for editing. Instead, I have to duplicate it, make my fix, and then delete the old one. I'm not sure if this is due to permissions set by my company or not but it is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has sped up the entire purchase order process which means I spend less time everyday inputting orders as well as less time waiting for my purchase orders to be returned to me so that I can make my purchases. It has also increased accountability by allowing personnel to receive their items directly from their phone instead of needing to find a scanner and a computer in order to input packing slips so that invoices can be paid.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify eases the way of sending out order approval and making PO's. With the checkout and punchout features, it is much easier to send orders for approval. Also, with product catalog we can save frequently purchased products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Procurify can customized based upon customer requirement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Procurify, we do not have to go behind approvers to get the approval for each and every order. And it is at the ease of them to approve or reject from the comfort of their laptop or mobile by push of a button. Also, we can keep track of our PO and if need to need to search them by typing the keywords, which is very difficult in paper based PO.

Number of Features, Still learning the system , Hard to tell at this time due to limited permiossions.

Keeping the Maintenance contracts paid to allow ease of continued services.
Procurify is fast and easy to submit my invoices for approval.

Easy to use and I get my PO#'s fast. The smart features of pasting url links is really helpful.

I have no dislikes at the moment with Procurify.

The problem that Procurify is solving is traceablility of my orders.
