The most streamlined and user-friendly ordering experience
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the necessary features one would require for a typical organization, without the need to click dozens of drop-down menus to get where you want. The interface is easy and convenient. The mobile version is just the same as the desktop one, plus the push notifications, the buttons are the right size and everything works well. I have used a number of ordering systems over the years. Generally Java stand-alone systems worked better, but this is the first online tool that is on par.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any so far. The usual issues related to the human side remain, but these are not related to Procurify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify allows to purchase routine items seamlessly. It also allows the acquisition of large and expensive items with multiple steps of approval in the organization.

Having the option to duplicate my orders is a time saver.

What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful would be the fact that I cannot see when co workers have submitted expenses. but thats a local issue.

It has streamlined our purchasing process it has eliminated a lot of double handling

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify has allowed our ministry to stop using paper transaction forms for requesting, approving and processing finanical transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a distraction because I am always checking for order requests as they come in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created an electronic paper trail for all levels of staff - requester, supervisor and administration - we are able to see all aspects of the purchase process from beginning to end.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no aspects of Procurify that's unlikeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely solves a big deal of automation issues that one company experiences during procurement. Procurify has definitely provided a great deal of convenience for us all.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how they have training videoas and the upsideis no paper work required, or waiting for signature approval. Their customer service is great, and it's easy to implent my finances and expenses. We can use this anywhere and frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Procurify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify is helping by lessing time and resources to the finances and payments. It greatly benefits me by simply inputting the data and waiting for approval.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is an easy system that allows me to navigate our purchasing procedures in a way that is stress free. Procurify also allows an efficient way to communicate to my colleglues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this time that I dislike about Procurify.

Easy way to communicate purchasing needs to collegues that do the purchasing.
Easy to Use for End Users
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify's interface is easy to use.
I'm the administrative assistant in a school setting and I use it when making purchases for our departments, reimbursements and requesting checks.
I've been asked to walk other managers through how to use the system and they pick it up very quickly which speaks to the user friendly interface.
I have no experience using the back side that our Business Office uses.
The emails letting you know the progress of your order is very helpful.

I do wish we could add attachments after an order has been processed so we can add reciepts or packing slips, or credits.

We use Procurify for purchase orders, reimbursements & check requests.
Intuitive and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
We use Procurify to manage purchasing for two schools and it is by far the simplest system I have used to help ensure everyone is able to move autonomously in purchasing, but also able to keep in budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet - everything works seamlessly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other schools I have worked at have had one person manage purchasing and it was alwasy impossible to track who had ordered what and where it went when it came in. This is such a manageable system for a place like a school doing a lot of ordering.

Simplicity of Orders and expense reporting and structure of the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel report is horrible and lacking functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining purchasing procedures. Makes me accountable for my spending. One location for financial reporting for purchasing and expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
SIMPLE AND VERY EASY TO LEARN AND TEACH OTHERS. KEEPING TRACK AND CLOSING AND PURCHASING ORDERS ... QUICK RESPONSE WITH NOTIFICATIONS , VERY KEEP IT SIMPLE AND CLEAN.

I REALLY DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN OR BRING UP
