easy, fast and makes ordering simple
What do you like best about the product?
easy, fast and makes ordering simple. able to use many different vendors with the click of button!

nothing! have had a great experience with it

Helps me order car wash chemicals fast, equipment, parts, cleaning items etc. Excellent!
Easy to Use, Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Amazon and other companies to smoothly order/send for approval. The format is easy to read and efficient, since I use it to purchase multiple types of products. I use it at least once a week with no issues, so I have no opinion on their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any issues while using Procurify for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Groups everything together and allows me to submit multiple types of orders under the same approval head, keeps everything organized and saves time.

Great PO system that is integrating well with our current program!
What do you like best about the product?
Its very user freindly! we have a lot of team members that are old school and used carbon POs to manage before and they are able to adapt the the user freind UI very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe one of the downsides is not being able to modify the program to our specific needs but it's easy to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it soulved our PO issue and made it very easy to switch over from the old school paper POs which helps us track spending and cost allocation better!
Using Procurify is quick easy once you get the hang of it.

I like the it is very easy to place orders on Amazon.

I dont like how you have to add the shipping and tax seperately. it would be nice to eb able to add the full balance and then have the amout adjusted based of the tax and shipping.
it would also be nice to have to only add the different subjects one time and for the ordering part of it.

it would be nice to not have to add all the information agian when putting in the tax and shipping.
easy to use. I am able to reuse previous expense reports to reduce data input time

speed at which expense accounting turns around

approver cannot be pre-determined. must select each time. I would like to be able to set the approver as a constant in my profile and change when the approver changes.

expense reporting - easy to use; receipt capture by phone or desk is simple. Cuts expense reporting time.

I like the availability to order a variety of products, services, and Amazon orders easily.

Not much, maybe the Amazon Punchout orders can be the title of the tab students should use to purchase to make it more clear.

It helps to organize the orders for each of my students and I can easily search for them to help my students.
The easiest and the most intuitive tool for submitting travel reports I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy submission of travel reports. Not only that the Procurify is user friendly, but it also covers all local legislations and it helps in reducing workload and paperwork.

Nothing to dislike in this tool. Procurify has covered all administration needs of an end user.

It solves workoverload and administration obstacles.

Good tool for ordering, monitoring and reporting on purchases

No automatic posting to higher department budget numbers. Supervisor does not have visibility into department level purchases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does extract costing info with business vendors much of the time. This is a big time savings, though a manual validation is needed as sometimes the cost is not correct.
Easy to use

Also the customer support was very reactive regarding my struggle to first access to the platform.
I was able to use Procurify to validate invoices by our financial team and after reviewing the documentation, it's quite esy to use .

Not much to report. My frequency of use dosen't allow me to flag any issue so far.

It helps :
- consolidate all the requests on the same platform (instead of using emails with attached files)
- follow the progress of our requests.
