Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the app and website form, very efficient and effective in operations and even easier to approve once orders are placed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited on vendors, would consider adding more shops

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that i can summit request for POs at any time and then it's up to my boss to approve or deny.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike that comes to mind is I'd like to see when others request for a PO so it reduces the chances of duplicating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old PO system was confusing. Procurify is simple and to the point.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is simple and straight forward, I like the interface and user experience. The level of access and control for Administrator is good as it can be tweaked and forms can be easily custimized for the business. The customer support by the assigned team is very responsive and they listend and understand my requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a growing company and features are still being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The orderig module is great and has good integration with NetSuite. Simple interface

a friendly system, easy to use and excellent administration that allows a quick view of the operations

The reports it generates could be a little more robust

allows the control of budgets by area and monitoring the delivery of the requested goods

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can think of. I would say maybe more line of site on future updates or planned updates to features.

The most streamlined and user-friendly ordering experience
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the necessary features one would require for a typical organization, without the need to click dozens of drop-down menus to get where you want. The interface is easy and convenient. The mobile version is just the same as the desktop one, plus the push notifications, the buttons are the right size and everything works well. I have used a number of ordering systems over the years. Generally Java stand-alone systems worked better, but this is the first online tool that is on par.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any so far. The usual issues related to the human side remain, but these are not related to Procurify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify allows to purchase routine items seamlessly. It also allows the acquisition of large and expensive items with multiple steps of approval in the organization.

Least helpful would be the fact that I cannot see when co workers have submitted expenses. but thats a local issue.

It has streamlined our purchasing process it has eliminated a lot of double handling

Procurify has allowed our ministry to stop using paper transaction forms for requesting, approving and processing finanical transactions

It can be a distraction because I am always checking for order requests as they come in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created an electronic paper trail for all levels of staff - requester, supervisor and administration - we are able to see all aspects of the purchase process from beginning to end.
