We use Procurify with our students' daily curriculum, product, and service orders.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procurify has all the needed information in one spot for me to review quickly. It is pretty easy for me to edit if a mistake is made. I feel like it is easier to navigate than our old ordering system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that is the most frustrating is that I cannot edit the orders once I have approved the orders. Often, a family changes their mind about something, and it is not always an easy fix. I would love to be able to go in even after I have approved an order and cancel the order or edit the order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify is a great ordering system our families use to place orders for their curriculum, products, and services. It is necessary that we have an ordering system in place to do this. Procurify solves this problem for us.
Easy purchases!
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify makes it easy for the families on my roster to purchase educational items for their students. It's easy to track and communicate about orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language is difficult for the parents to understand so as to keep track of their orders. For example, "received." This is confusing to the ordering family.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows the families on my roster how much funding they have remaining to spend. It also lists the vendors they can use their funding with along with the exact amount they can spend.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the duplicate feature. So much easier for multiple orders to just change the student info and use all the same specs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a long time to download info found through Amazon links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier system for purchasing products.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to use. In addition, there is a mobile app for both Iphone and Android devices. Customer service has been great for the times I have needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many down sides of Procurify. One of the things would be the ability to import and export into Quick books. Also. the ability to create custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency has increased tremendously for the writing and matching of purchase orders. Have seen rogue spending go way down and a measurable return on investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple enough for beginners to use while providing options for complex organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside I can think of is that it can be difficult to locate your own POs submitted.

It allows simple communication between requesters, purchasers, and accounting.

Making Procurement Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping all files together and creating clean concise PO. I love the comments box as a way to keep information with the original PR/PO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The face that approvers can't see POs. They need to separate create/view and make it two different areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from a paper system to this electronic system. The amount of time it saves and file management is incredible from what we did before.
Easy and Fast to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify helps my company to organize its ordering process in a way that makes it easy to track budgets, expenditures and products. It has a memory of my specific items, making ordering easy and quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no downsides to using Procurify. I have not used an ordering platform before, so I have nothing to compare it to. Sometimes the platform is unavailable due to maintenance but this usually occurs on a weekend so not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify solves the problem of tracking our ordering process which needs to be specific and tracked due to our non-profit status. It also makes the process of ordering easy and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily searchable, comprehensive, detailed
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any downsides. It would be helpful to switch from one profile to another without logging out.

Procurify makes individual purchases easy to monitor and keep track of different categories of goods. I have only used one other system, so I don't have a wide basis for comparison.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes my job easier and creates a space where I connect with my team with no hassle. I enjoy being able to place my request and the team follows up with updates in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not very user friendly and sometimes appear to be buggy. It also does not have a search bar option which is super important for busy poeple like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me with my team and making sure the things i need are purchased and I'm kept up to date in the process. It allows me to purchase on a wider scale too.
