Procurify can help get things done!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procurify is easy to understand. It allows you to create vendors, catalog items and purchase orders quickly. It's user friendly, even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Procurify is that I cannot see the order history for a catalog item without running a report. It would be nice to be able to look up a catalog item in the search bar and when you select it or are on it be able to see at least the last few PO's for that item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify was implemented here to help with the transition of a new purchasing manager during Covid. It was an easy enough system to navigate and get people working from quickly and easily. Procurify helped us during trying times and helped kept our business running.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, I can send a purchasing request very quickly and approvers can see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not see any issue using Procurify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central location to order components. It solves the tracking of an order problem, easy to track the status of the order.

What do you like best about the product?
There is an ease of uploading documents to support expense and order reports. The communication portal is convenient and resourceful for looping in colleagues regarding expenses/orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The supplier portals that link to sites such as Home Depot or Amazon do not always function properly. There is a disconnect, at times, to transfer items ordered back to the Procurify site to complete the requisition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining purchases in one standard hub so all stakeholders can review and monitor expenses. Using Procurify helps our efficiency as an organization, as the platform provides a one-stop shop for our procurement needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is user friendly and straightforward. I like the organization of the order form and the purchasing queue. The best thing about Procurify is the punchout system, which has dramatically improved our ordering turnaround times.
What do you dislike about the product?
When placing an order, inserting the link so Procurify can find the information usually does not work for me. I wish that aspect worked better. I miss the option to edit prices and quantities easily while creating the purchasing list. That saved a lot of time and steps as opposed to only being able to edit those options while creating the Purchase order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify is helping our families to spend their allocated funds. It keeps track of the budgets and accounting of order histories. Purchasing speed has increased.
I would recommend Procurify because of all options that are available.

Orders come in the next day and Procurif easy to use.

Getting approval for order that I placed. It usually takes a few days before my order is approved.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is easy to navigate.
Easy to make amendements (for example: change the costs/charge amount of the original PO to the exact amount of the invoice. This is useful when raising a PO blind i.e. you have not receievd the invoice before raising the PO.

What do you dislike about the product?
If a mistake is made early on when raising a PO (for example: the wrong cost number was used) Procurify doesn't allow the option to change this information halfway through the process which means to have to scrap the PO and raise a new one.
When uploading receipts for expenses. Procurify doesn't like PDFs therefore all receipts must be saved in jpeg format. This can be time consuming, expecailly is you have a lot of receipts as all need to be converted from PDFs to jpegs.
If a PO is declinded for whatever reason, the requester will have to start the process from the beginning as the system doesn't allow any amendments once it had been declined. This can be frustrating, especailly if there are many lines to the PO.

The site has improved since we as a complany started using the platform. As per my previous comments with regards to being able to make any changes once the PO has been declined, so that we requetsers don't need to go back to the start of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy and quick to use, the mobile version is equally as good as the web version which is rare to find in systems
What do you dislike about the product?
PF number is only generated after the invoice is approved, it would be great if the PF number could generate once an invoice is raised- would make our internal process much quicker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to manage invoices and expenses online rather than paper/excels. We can see how much of our budgets we have used and reflect back on charges from suppliers.
We use Procurify with our students' daily curriculum, product, and service orders.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procurify has all the needed information in one spot for me to review quickly. It is pretty easy for me to edit if a mistake is made. I feel like it is easier to navigate than our old ordering system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that is the most frustrating is that I cannot edit the orders once I have approved the orders. Often, a family changes their mind about something, and it is not always an easy fix. I would love to be able to go in even after I have approved an order and cancel the order or edit the order.

Procurify is a great ordering system our families use to place orders for their curriculum, products, and services. It is necessary that we have an ordering system in place to do this. Procurify solves this problem for us.
Easy purchases!
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify makes it easy for the families on my roster to purchase educational items for their students. It's easy to track and communicate about orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language is difficult for the parents to understand so as to keep track of their orders. For example, "received." This is confusing to the ordering family.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows the families on my roster how much funding they have remaining to spend. It also lists the vendors they can use their funding with along with the exact amount they can spend.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the duplicate feature. So much easier for multiple orders to just change the student info and use all the same specs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a long time to download info found through Amazon links.
