PROCURIFY RULES
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and informative. I love Procurify.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING. Everything works well and is easy to navigate and communicate with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automted system that directs my purchase request to the appropriate perosn and routes for approval.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of ordering supplies
Great for request orders and make PO
What do you like best about the product?
Manage the request and procure, report the expenses, make the purchase orders, account the bills and make the payments is a great help for us, now we can orginize our contability in a better way
What do you dislike about the product?
In the reconsilation we have a lots of problems, must of all beacause we can change the currency in the credit card bank report, and also the reports could improve, especially tryng to report by the SPEND TRACKER
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The request for Goods and services, report the expenses, purchase orders, and traking the payments of all the providers that we have. Also the approvals for the procurement process.
It's user friendly and easy to access from computer or phone.
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy for our students and their families to place enrichment orders and it was easy for the teachers to look at and approve or deny orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the teachers had access to editing the family's orders. If we could edit the orders ourselves as teachers it would make it easier to get orders approved and placed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Amazon Punchout helped to streamline orders and created quicker turnaround, allowing orders to be placed quicker with less frustration on the part of school families.
Amazing and Easy to Use Purchasing Program
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of putting in orders for our inventory at work. It also makes it easier to follow up on our orders and to see the current status. Compared to competitors, this one is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Procurify is that there are times when I add a link from Amazon, and sometimes it has incorrect information such as price, SKU, and name of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of what is Procurify solving and how those solutions would benefit from me just yet. But I always look forward to seeing any new features or updates.
The perfect work tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is the best work tool you can find when it comes to meeting your purchasing needs in an app/software. From the start to the ending, since you upload your request to getting it finalized with your accounting team, it is very user friendly and easy to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of one downside of using this tool; everything you need is here. It would be awesome if we could search without identifying if it's a vendor or order item but I understand they narrow down your search to assist better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Procurify came into our business life, we were like in an old age era.LOL we were still filling out papers for requisitions request or ordering but Procurify solved all our problems in one step!
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate and if you are stuck on something, there is always someone there to help with any question you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have not ran into any issues with Procurify

I have not had any issues

What do you like best about the product?
An easy system to use which covers all the expense types used in business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the compartmentalisation of expenses when staying at a hotel difficult to navigate (parking, meals, laundry and hotel room). To me it should all be lumped under accommodation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of all my work expenses for meetings, travel, entertainment, work expenses and meals.

Procurify is just what we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is really user friendly. The customer service is AMAZING! The Resource Center is incredibly helpful. It has all the tools we need; and more to grow with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if approved Travel Requests notified the purchaser as our purchaser arranges travel for our company. We have made a work around to accommodate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Procurify, we had no historical data to track who or what was approved for purchasing or any way to track when items had been received. With Procurify, we have improved results from our financial audits, which have gotten the attention of the CFO and Global Head of Procurement. Our system, with Procurify, is currently being evaluated and could be implemented as the global standard for the company.
