I work on Procurify almost everyday when I am at my workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
It's adaptable to what I am doing regarding invoices and bills and keeps tabs on my responsibilities. Procurify is excellent at best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about Procurify at the moment. All good reviews from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of A/P, knowing what bills I have to pay. Creating invoices and POs has been a breeze.

I like the ability to draft and duplicate expenses for recurring ones.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily dislike it, but I'd like to have the option to save drafts or templates. Currently, I can only draft one expense, and if I want to draft another, I have to delete the previous one.
I'd also appreciate easier access to editing a submitted request or expense.

Unify spend management and accounts, track expenses and service requests. Define approval workflows based on accounts and projects. Track budgets and account spendings

What do you like best about the product?
This system is straightforward to use and has an amicable interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and filtration are a little bit confusing.

Being able to look back on past P.O.'s and EVERYTHING is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be time consuming to enter each item, one by one, but do realize it's necessary to have all info needed.

Having all orders in one place, history/look back, documentation of p.o.'s

Ease of use and the ability to see live spending habits.

Lacks some basic functionality on spending reports and tracking spending over time via different categories.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the option to upload different invoices in the same PO. It allows me to group invoices making it a more efficient process. Since this is the first tool I use I cannot compare with competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating several POs is not really efficient to create them one by one. It would be great if POs could be created in a grid so I can fill in like a GForm and submit all info just in one click. The less clicks, the happier the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify helps me submit invoices to my accounting department, while having the expense approved by the person responsible of the team's budget. Therefore it's giving me speed to have expenses approved and paid.

It's easily adaptable. We had an issue with order accessibility, and the problem was resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be useful if an order's number and its subsequent PO number were the same.

It tracks and streamlines our purchasing process. It's taken away the physical paperwork and given us a timeline with the relevant users/numbers already attached to each request.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify makes it super easy to streamline work processes throughout your company. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I love how responsive the Procurify Team is when handling technical difficulties or questions. It has also been a great tool for our team to use as it's pretty easy to implement into our daily functions. We use Procurify daily and it makes a huge difference in our day-to-day tasks. Very easy to integrate into your team. The updates implemented over the last year have also helped the overall functioning significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procurify can be very glitchy sometimes. Particularly when accessing reports. I also wish there was a back button when using reports, so you don't have to refresh and set things up again constantly. Some basic navigation interface would definitely benefit from being tweaked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify allows my company to streamline services for both employees and clients. Once over the learning curve of how to operate P, it is very user-friendly, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. It allows us to maintain accurate records and correspond with clients easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Essential system at our charter school for ordering student services and materials. This year I enjoy the copy feature for duplicating orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to edit titles for orders and make changes if needed after approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ordering as an approver for families at a charter school- easy management for funds.

It is very user friendly, it was easy to learn and get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
My app and desktop version do not sinc up, I have a draft expense on my app, but when I log into my desktop it does not show them.
