A good expense management tool broadly adopted in my company
What do you like best about the product?
I can use templates to purchase from frequently used suppliers. Workflows and approvals can be configured along with spending limits per user type.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are different numbers for orders which makes it difficult to find them in the "Receive category", i.e., sometimes the search filters don't work.
When adding items in an order request, the information retrieved from the website's link is imported erroneously, for example, the price doesn't match.
I cannot save order request drafts; if an order request is not completed, a new one can't be started without losing the information previously introduced. It would be useful to save order requests to be finished at later times.

What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of use and the very nice graphical interface. All the functions are well understood and it manages to be very useful even for small things.highly recommended to everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find many flaws in procurify, basically everything works a bit and I don't know what improvements it could make in the future.I just hope that all possible updates help improve the product

I mainly use procurify to reimburse expenses for business trips agreed with my company and for the moment it does its job very well.I would hardly change it for another

What do you like best about the product?
Easy tracking for PO's, and Procurify CC's go directly into budgets you create.
Being able to look at a previous vendors for old POs and having access to all POs for one particular vendor

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit vendor names as a user when submitting POs so that there aren't duplicate vendors.
Not being able to save POs as drafts for later, this would be really helpful being able to have multiple drafts before I could submit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify added Credit Cards to their system recently, we were able to create CCs for most of our team and it helps us track spending management easier
Procurify is a great way to allow families to purchase using funds

I love how user-friendly Procurify is. The linking tabs are helpful in getting me other areas of the program

Sometimes it is hard to find the amount of funds a family has left over.

Procurify allows families to make requests for me to approve. I like that Procurify allows the families to answer question like if the item is consumable.

Once I started working with the system on a daily basis, it's become simple to achieve my needs.

it is hard to guide other team members that haven't received formal training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Procurify, I was issuing POs and invoices via email manually without any budget control.

Straight to the point, easy to configure, use and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far cannot configure custom search filters in the Receive section. Very practical when we have multiple departments purchasing from multiple vendors.

Easy to use. Everything is one click away.

What do you like best about the product?
There are adequate controls in place to allow for proper business functions, but also very customizable to fit your business's needs. We can manage the different options that are available to our users seemlessly. Customer support and relationship teams are truly amazing! Great people working at Procurify.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into small 'nice to have' features that we wished were available in the program. After talking with our customer support rep and various software engineers, Procurify is working to add those features to help us meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify helps our team generate a paper trail of requests and their various levels of approval. These are key needs to a growing business so that we can track who is purchasing what, when. It also benefits our accounting department by allowing for GL coding based on the purchase requestors alloted area of spend, so it automates the AP process for month-end close.
Procurify is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an uncomplicated interface - there aren't too many pages or options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky at times - it doesn't load quickly or switch between pages quickly. That could also be my internet speeds causing trouble too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage our school funds and I love that it has an option that links to amazon business. It keeps all our spending organized and in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify nos permite acceder y reportar sobre los datos de gasto y crear pronósticos muy fácilmente. También nos ha ayudado a agilizar nuestro proceso de adquisición y ha mejorado nuestra capacidad para procesar facturas más rápido.

The turnaround time on some issues with the support team is too long. We have outstanding issues that we have been waiting on a resolution for almost a year.

The problems of: delayed Purchase order deliveries to vendors, the confusion surrounding the lack of clarity on service and product billing, and foresight and forecasting for upcoming spend
I like that you have to be very descriptive for the items.

What I like best is uploading the links of items purchased.

I dislike that it is very tedious when you have many items to upload.
