One-Stop Shop... But Difficult
What do you like best about the product?
One-stop shop for all of your needs. Probably the best thing Procurify offers is customer service. Any time I have had issues or problems, the customer service has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to navigate. The layout is not user-friendly. So much packed into one site that finding things off of a search is very difficult and has led to me choosing the wrong item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchasing power
Clean and user-friendly. A very straightforward way to request purchases and track approvals.
What do you like best about the product?
As an end user managing outsourced spend in a biotech environment, I rely on Coupa to handle a high volume of complex transactions involving multiple CROs (Contract Research Organizations).
Strengths of Procurify:
User Interface: Clean and user-friendly. Great for organizations that need a straightforward way to request purchases and track approvals.
Budget Visibility: Provides clear real-time budget tracking, which can help non-finance stakeholders understand their spending limits.
Mobile Accessibility: Helpful for quick approvals or on-the-go expense management.

Limitations in a Biotech Context:
Lacks Sophisticated Workflow Capabilities: From what I’ve seen, Procurify doesn't offer the level of flexibility needed for complex workflows, like milestone-triggered payments or integrating with grant funding compliance.
Not Built for R&D Complexity: It doesn't seem designed for managing contracts with CROs, SOW tracking, or multi-phase projects common in biotech operations.
Integration Gaps: For those already using platforms like Coupa, SAP, or Oracle, adopting Procurify could introduce redundancy or fragmentation in procurement and payment flows.

Straightforward use for employee
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of tracking all of my orders on one page and separating them into buckets based on their progress towards receiving them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching received items could be improved to include key words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it helps track spending, which benefits budget making and budget keeping.
Easy to follow instructions to submit an expense report.

Host can send out to all members and distribute the required codes for expense approval.

I have not experienced any downside in the format.

The products we use most often are easily found and the link to Amazon page makes it very convenient.

The lay-out of the recieve page. Its a little confusing at 1st. The number of items vs. recieved.

What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient and keeps me updated on the progress of my orders with an email so I don't need to log in to continue checking on my order progress.
Ordering with Amazon is very easy and once it's approved and purchased, an item arrives very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not as simple and user friendly as I would prefer. Some areas of ordering are very cumbersome on a smartphone. Most people like the convenience of ordering from anywhere and often aren't near a laptop or desktop to use the desktop version.

When I use Amazon punchout items come extremely fast after approval which means if I've forgotten something, I'm not at such a disadvantage.

How easy it is to order from Amazon and how quickly we get the orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
How we have to input the information for every item ordered. Adding the tax and shipping sererately is confusing.

Making it easier to calculate the tax and shipping.

Ease of submitting expenses in multiple currencies. I also like the auto approve feature.

Mobile version is not always easy to use. In some cases I had to switch between app and mobile web
