Digital Transformation Champion, Superb for Purchasing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Procurify has a platform that allows me to respond to requests and double-check assigned budgets on a computer or my phone. It has sped up the process of processing invoices when we have to pay for the items we have purchased. They've made a very tedious process in our organization streamlined, saving office staff hours of time each week. I would give Procurify a ten. It is a fabulous platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that colleagues or I have found to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify digitizes our purchasing processes, improving our order processing timeliness from two weeks to 24 hours. It speeds up invoice processing and allows checking budgets from any device, saving office staff hours weekly by streamlining tedious tasks.
Intuitive and Simplified Procurement with Procurify
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify easy to use, which makes managing tasks straightforward. I like its feature for buying supplies as it offers one-stop shopping, streamlining the purchasing process. The initial setup was very simple, and I'm confident in recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I complete my order on Amazon, it does not transfer it back to Procurify.

Procurify makes ordering from Amazon easy and simplifies buying supplies with its one-stop shopping feature.
Seamless Invoicing with Mobile Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procurify streamlines the process of approving invoices and makes it quick. I can use the app on my telephone and not be glued to the computer, which is really convenient for me. The initial setup of Procurify was seamless, and overall, I think it works pretty smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm using my computer, I keep getting separate announcements for approval. Might be easier if it was all just in one area that I can just see when I click inside to approve something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify streamlines the invoice approval process and makes it quick. I like that I can use the app on my phone, so I'm not tied to the computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procurify is tailored perfectly to our business procurement needs, and I found the initial setup to be very simple.

I cant say anything negative I sill have much to learn on what Procurify can actually assist with

I use Procurify to keep track of purchase orders and it's perfectly tailored to meet business procurement needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy functionality of the app. I love being able to use my mobile phone to check in hundreds of items daily with quickness, easiness and efficiency. Customer service has been friendly and helpful and very reliable. I use this app. multiple times everyday, 5 times a week at work. The features are very user friendly and easy to use. We implemented this app. over a year ago and we are almost at 10,000 Procurify numbers! We hit the ground running with Procurify and its integration into our dept. couldn't have gone any smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things to complain about with Procurify. I wish the images popped up quicker and showed up sooner after you take a photo with your phone camera. When trying to attach the photo to items, there seems to be a bit of a lag of the photo you just took.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not too many problems to help us out with, but we are benefitting immensley with this quality app. We are thrilled to use this easy and very user friendly app everyday!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to approve PO requests with the Procurify mobile app or the desktop version. It allows me to approve wherever I am located when the request is generated and keeps the system moving without delays. Procurify seems easy to set up and really adds efficiency to the workflow for the documents.

Effortless Supply Forecasting and Seamless Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great way to let the finance team know what we need supply wise, cost of item and the ability to forecast our supply needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing with procurify I just need finance to get me approved quickly yo keep our store with what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I m able to forecast our supply needs and is taking that stress off my mind.
Procurify: Essential Tool with Superb Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use Procurify for a lot of important tasks at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. It helps with expense reports, creating and issuing POs, and paying invoices, making it a one-stop solution for our needs. We find it easy to use and it offers transparency to follow the process from start to finish. We really appreciate the customer service, which is a 10/10, especially with Tiffany being great. We value all features we use, like the PO function and invoice processing, and the AI match feature is excellent. Also, the onboarding process was seamless thanks to Jeffery, who guided us through the steps in an easy-to-understand manner. This was the best onboarding experience ever.

We are working through reporting and the need for the reports to be visible to only the account holder of that budget, not the entire team.

Procurify is a one-stop solution for our needs, making processes transparent and easy from start to finish. The PO function and invoice processing are efficient. It's easy for requesters, and the great AI match enhances the experience.
Lightning-Fast Implementation and Seamless Purchase Order Management
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was very quick, which significantly improved our connection with the Service Team. We worked intensively, around the clock, to ensure we were ready to go live by June 1—and we succeeded. Afterward, we set up four additional entities using the standard implementation process. The system's ease of reviewing and accepting purchase orders once items are received, along with the invoice capture feature, has been extremely helpful for my monthly reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the time crunch, there really wasn't anything I disliked about the process except for the time pressure itself, which was unavoidable. Nothing could have been done to change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have now set up an effective tracking system for departmental spending in areas where it had never been monitored before. It was truly eye-opening to uncover the financial losses within our company simply by implementing a PO system with a three-way verification process.
