Procurify has increased efficiency and reduced errors in our procurement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its one platform that houses requests, PO's, orders, tracks orders received and even flows through to QB for accounting!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been through 4 different account managers in the last few months, and although contact and assistance was great in the beginning, it is now very difficult to get responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all the order requests in one spot, and is tracking when orders are received at our locations - which is helpful as we have many locations and orders to track.
Overall, a positive experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple interface that Procurify offers. Everything is easy to navigate, with information readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some road blocks within procurify that make it a bit rigid when creating purchase orders. for example when you want an open PO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has been a great tool in creating and managing purchases in an organized fashion. Making it extremely easy to track and reference orders.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazon punchout and the ability to use direct links from other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a report of items purchased by Job Name (custom field).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More options for punch out and custom fields reporting. I'd like to be able to shop more sites directly. It's also extremely important for my business for employees to be able to see orders by job name.
Simplicity produces efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly enjoy how straightforward and how easy it is to navigate. It makes it much easier for my team to implement when there are no extra complications. Procurify provides many resources for training in navigating the system, but even those who chose not to watch the videos could still use the program efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that I am still learning how to properly use the accounts payable functions efficiently. I find myself constantly wishing the system would do it one way vs the way it actually does it. I understand for larger companies this may not be such an issue but since we are a smaller company some of the functions and roles fall onto 1 or 2 people and some features require extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem they are solving for us is visibility and accountability. We were previously paying invoices that we had no clue about who approved them or what they were for. We were being more reactive than proactive.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is most helpful in its ability to give you a space where you see everything you are submitting for approval in real time and easily accessible! You are able to upload documents and see the entire approval process anytime!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may not be so easy to find a request when you also share the requests with others in an organization and you need to be finding the amount or code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify is solving the problem of having to chase after paper approvals and receipts! Also, being able to upload and submit requests anytime and anywhere! Our business performance has increased and has made it more organized and communicative!

What do you like best about the product?
That i can track my orders and have access to my request.

Some times there system crash, specially when using the app

Eliminating the paper Purchase orders, and having to ask finance for paper copies and reports

Streamline approval process and tracking process

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procurify is its approval routing system. Before Procurify, my organization utilized an approval process that was tracked through paper work. Taking the process online through Procurify has enabled faster response times, better tracking and visibility, and more commitment to inputting expenses from the employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there isn't a lot I dislike about Procurify, I do wish they had more options of visibility or limiting visibility when it comes to which orders you can see in their "Recieving" tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify solves our approval process, our receipt capture, a good chunk of our data entry needs, and even some of our purchasing needs through its punchout feature.
Procurify is accessible, detailed, and cooperative.
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify allows me to be able to submit and have purchase orders approved in a significantly less amount of time as compared to methods done before. Even with the app, it allows my supervisors to be able to approve wherever they may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "pix" feature on my phone was buggy for one point. Did not send the photo across to the form, even if I did it through my phone. There was a period of about a month or two where it would not allow me to save my login, and I had to constantly log in to access Procurify from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify solves the accessibility problem. Before we had to do it by paper and that is susceptible to misprints, being lost, and worst of all time. With Procurify, it allows for instantaneous approval.

What do you dislike about the product?
The moments where it crashes when I upload an image for an order request.

Nothing that I have recently noticed.
