Procurify is a great way to allow families to purchase using funds
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Procurify is. The linking tabs are helpful in getting me other areas of the program
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find the amount of funds a family has left over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify allows families to make requests for me to approve. I like that Procurify allows the families to answer question like if the item is consumable.
Moving from manual to automatic.
What do you like best about the product?
Once I started working with the system on a daily basis, it's become simple to achieve my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to guide other team members that haven't received formal training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Procurify, I was issuing POs and invoices via email manually without any budget control.
Perfect for our needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Straight to the point, easy to configure, use and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far cannot configure custom search filters in the Receive section. Very practical when we have multiple departments purchasing from multiple vendors.

Easy to use. Everything is one click away.
Great procurement software that is growing with our business!
What do you like best about the product?
There are adequate controls in place to allow for proper business functions, but also very customizable to fit your business's needs. We can manage the different options that are available to our users seemlessly. Customer support and relationship teams are truly amazing! Great people working at Procurify.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into small 'nice to have' features that we wished were available in the program. After talking with our customer support rep and various software engineers, Procurify is working to add those features to help us meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify helps our team generate a paper trail of requests and their various levels of approval. These are key needs to a growing business so that we can track who is purchasing what, when. It also benefits our accounting department by allowing for GL coding based on the purchase requestors alloted area of spend, so it automates the AP process for month-end close.
Procurify is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an uncomplicated interface - there aren't too many pages or options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky at times - it doesn't load quickly or switch between pages quickly. That could also be my internet speeds causing trouble too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage our school funds and I love that it has an option that links to amazon business. It keeps all our spending organized and in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time on some issues with the support team is too long. We have outstanding issues that we have been waiting on a resolution for almost a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of: delayed Purchase order deliveries to vendors, the confusion surrounding the lack of clarity on service and product billing, and foresight and forecasting for upcoming spend

What I like best is uploading the links of items purchased.

I dislike that it is very tedious when you have many items to upload.

Procurify helps sort out the items into the category.

The fact that spending and tracking are all in one program.

Not all of the categories for tracking that are available on the desktop version are accessible on the app.

Ease of access and tracking makes it easier to stay within budget goals
Ordering from Amazon and other websites for classroom materials is easy, as it the approval process.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of ordering from multiple websites for resources, including Amazon. Everything can go from my cart into the Procurify system for quick approvals. It is also easy to add expense reports and keeps everything clean and in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the area with entering the "Tax" portion can be a little tricky when adding an expense report. If you are a tax-exempt organization, and you were charged tax because the account was not able to give you the exempt status, it is tricky to leave the tax at $0.00 or 0% as it auto defaults and gives an error initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify helps me have one resource to use for getting approvals and ordering supplies for my classroom. This helps to speed up the process and save time and energy.
User Friendly and Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of the whole UI. Reasonably easy to use and highly efficient. I like how it makes my daily work interesting. Makes complex tasks simple right at the tips of your fingers! Got the iOS application, so I'm continually updated on my daily tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website could be better in terms of loading speed. Sometimes the system seems to lag. Makes for unnecessary wait times since current responsibilities include a lot of multitasking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurement of items from vendors for shipment to various locations across the country. Creating bills to conveniently and precisely pay off these orders on time.
