Great app for a School
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to create a PO and get it approved in a matter of hours. I enjoy that it is paperless if I ever need to pull anything up for reference
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to set up for other users is a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being paperless and streamlining the process has been a great benefit.

Simple for all users to use and enter their requests and for the approver to have communication easily

User friendly, easy to use and very convenient to keep track of orders expenses and budgets.

The iPhone app could use some improvement on navigating through pages as well as options when placing orders

Keeping track of budgets and a more efficient approval/denial system for our team

I like the simplicity of making requests and submitting them through the app. Having saved categories also makes tracking so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a little lost on the receiving screens (pass/fail) because my purchases don't fit that type of labeling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making procurement requests more efficiently. Before we had paper requests that was very time consuming.

Quick and easy interface that makes it simple to input all receipts and PO's so our finance team can process our transactions

nothing major, a few things here and there with the speed of how things load.

The Quick approval process. It allows me to speed up transaction time.

The App can be clunky. I have had some issues with submitting requests and them not going through.

I get confused sometimes on how to look for my pending requests.

It's a quicker response for approving supplies needed. I also love the Amazon integration. Cuts steps.
Procurify has increased efficiency and reduced errors in our procurement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its one platform that houses requests, PO's, orders, tracks orders received and even flows through to QB for accounting!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been through 4 different account managers in the last few months, and although contact and assistance was great in the beginning, it is now very difficult to get responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all the order requests in one spot, and is tracking when orders are received at our locations - which is helpful as we have many locations and orders to track.
Overall, a positive experience.

I love the simple interface that Procurify offers. Everything is easy to navigate, with information readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some road blocks within procurify that make it a bit rigid when creating purchase orders. for example when you want an open PO.

Procurify has been a great tool in creating and managing purchases in an organized fashion. Making it extremely easy to track and reference orders.

Amazon punchout and the ability to use direct links from other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a report of items purchased by Job Name (custom field).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More options for punch out and custom fields reporting. I'd like to be able to shop more sites directly. It's also extremely important for my business for employees to be able to see orders by job name.
