Will be great to have more focus on the PO process and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Aproval routes are useful. Would be great to have budgets based on a free configurable list not only account codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is not 100% develop sometimes like the Netsuite connection flexibility or the csv uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far my impression is they are more focus on AP, credit cards and cross selling products than in the PO process itself.
Great Purchase Order Software
What do you like best about the product?
Our company Triumph has used Procurify for a few years now for purchase orders and I like how it works. It is easy to use and set up and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I have come across anything that I haven't really liked so far in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to manage all of the purchase orders that come through for our whole company.
Great for Expense Tracking

The easiness of uploading receipts and being able to verify receipts against inputted amounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the debit card that you can't switch funds to different projects. Sometimes I shop for multiple projects at the same time.

Budget tracking, and transparency of spending.

Easy to submit purchases. Everything is in one spot.

I truly don't have anything that I dislike. This is easy to use.

Procurify makes it easy to submit and approve PO's.
Fantastic Program
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking for the purchase order. The easy of the program itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not let you edit the purchase order after you submit it. You can't edit the pricing or qty. You should definitely fix that.

Able to purchase items from any 3rd party that my company sources from.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking and communication of requests and orders. The simplicity of the software with a depth of the overall coverage from finance to receiving automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want to add items to an existing request or purchase order without the end user having to submit, wait for approval, and then add it as a line item.
You are unable to over-receive or adjust POs. Or perhaps you can under more permissions or under a different account tier. For myself, we sometimes have to receive a product over or add a product not ordered but want to receive anyways, or get is shipped product and are unable to return it. It would be super helpful if the system allowed for over-receiving.

Communication with my end users. Not relying on endless emails and keeping all requests in one software is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking my order status also helps collect information on vendors, pricing, and recurring orders for future purchasing.

There should be an option for the requestor to catalogue the items which we order more often. I believe this option is accessible to the procurement manger.

Separate account codes help in yearly budgeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Create Another Request option is very helpful when creating a large request. The extensive amount of information that can be input such as quotes, files, and the ability to add page/web site links is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an automatic Memory Feature/Recommended/Previously Used type drop-down option for the Account Code, Custom Jobs and the Vendor Name when OTHER is selected to save scrolling, searching through multiple options or re-typing a vendor name. Most of the codes remain the same on single Requests. An option for FEET should be added in the UNIT TYPE section for people like myself who order large quantities of wire and heat shrink tubing by the foot.

The company chose it for it's user friendliness and extensive information per item versus our old method. Our previous process was highly time-consuming, required too many line items and pages to complete and did not allow for extensive information addition in a clean, organized manner.
