Easiest process ever!

How seamless the process is. It was flawlessly

Having to disturb my finance team to make an order.
Time saver! I enjoy ordering all department needs for my team.
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Procurify, I preferred making my own purchases and getting reimbursed. It was mostly due to the time it took for the accounting department to submit and process my order ( about a week) plus shipping time. Using Procurify is so easy and fast that I volunteer to order things for my department team members.
I can get my PO approved within 24 hours and have my items within the same week from Amazon! That's amazing! Thank you so much!

It's pretty simple to use, so no issues nor dislikes.

Procurify for Teams with Distance
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send requests and track their status from any office. Also staying organized with receipts of purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it has a few glitches every once in awhile, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to make office purchases from anywhere and presenting them in a clean way that speeds up the process.
Flexible enough for our overly complicated accounting practices
What do you like best about the product?
Our agency had been using spreadsheets as our process for requesting items or requesting reimbursement, we needed a process with more accountability and audit controls. With Procurify we have a history of everything that happens to a request that is very useful if we are ever audited. The interface is clean, not cluttered, and scanning receipts using the mobile app is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our staff struggled a bit learning this new system, this may be a result of our old processes being so unusual and not best practices. We provided access to Procurify's training site but found that most of our staff would go there and quickly become overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have proper audit trails in place which could save our behinds if we are audited. The granularity of permission controls allows us to be very specific with how many privileges you assign to employees.

integration with other ERP systems is difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have manual POs, which made the whole process opaque, thracking was difficult against budgets. With Procurify you can monitor budgets and spending in real-time.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard lists the main selections you need, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to review other teams orders. It would be helpful for all orders from all teams to be visible to all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchasing is easy, as there are not too many steps and I can get through multiple purchases easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The approval hierarchy and the automatic e-mails notifying the user and myself about the status of an order

It would be nice that the application included inventory functionalities and QA inspections

What do you like best about the product?
UI is easy to read and fast to click, also faster to read.

So far none, I highly recommend this to other friends because I could not see any problems or issues.

Straightforward POs with multi-user access
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that POs are very straightforward and organized. In my line of work I perform strictly PO initiation and receiving, and so being able to create POs for my finance team without hassle is an important part of our business. The csv import function makes it super easy to replicate POs from our company-used order guides using the provided template. All in all the whole system is a well-functioning system!
What do you dislike about the product?
You are unable to overreceive or adjust POs. Or perhaps, you are able to under more permissions or under a different account tier. For myself, we sometimes have to overreceive product or add product not ordered but want to receive anyways, or get misshipped product and are unable to return it. It would be super helpful if the system allowed for over-receiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is essentially my bridge to my finance team, saying: this is what we ordered, and then this is what we received. Without Procurify, we would be left to emailing Excel spreadsheets to each other, with what was ordered, what to receive, what to pay out, and so on.
Procurify's Great Functionality Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
Particulry like the Recurring cost feature, that was introduceded it saved me so much time, and Finance appreciates it. I often have to order the same software for multiple studios, which has to be billed independantly, so to have the ability to duplicate the order and do slight modifications saves alot of time. I also like the ability for people to leave comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I predominantly use the Order and Procurement area. It did take a bit of time for me to become acustomed to the new Gui, which I didn't like at first. That quickly faded and don't rmember the previous GUI. Overall there isn't anything in particular that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to use cumbersome spreadsheets or approve invoices. Finance can go directly into Procurify to validate the invoices against a closed PO. I can notify via the comments/notification when something needs approval.
I would spend so many hours in the past just approving, or getting someone to approve invoices, it's been a great time saver.
