PROCURIFY PURCHASE SAVIOR
What do you like best about the product?
The sistem is very friendly and anyone can use it. It allowed us to start having all the purchase orders digital instead of having them in paper. Also if we havent bought procurify we wouldn be able to work in home office through pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part where you can make the reconciliation of the credit card is a pretty pain to do it because the two parts of the orders come differently from the credit card and the orders so its not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all the payments and orders of purchase in procurify it helps to having and order in the approvals of the orders and in budgets. Also it made the process much simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will make the purchase and payment to suppliers more easy. Also the approving and budgets will be controlled and will help you to have better control in the accounting.
Although a relatively good tool needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Not sure what I like best with this tool. I guess the fact of having a tool for procurement, but within the tool I like the capability of the reporting that I use frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, Integration with QBO (for us at least) is not beneficial, the fact that you can customize too easily what is displayed, the inability to make certain changes. It's not as intuitive as it seems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution is to have an approval process for all of our purchases along with keeping track of them. Its benefits would be for our accounts payable, they like being the ease of going in and seeing what can be processed for payment.

What do you like best about the product?
PO's are easy to generate and the approval flow is very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pending order items list could be more user freindly. When uploading many items to be purchased, it is difficult to keep track of which orders the items belong to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using procurify to keep track of received items against new and old Purchase orders that I've generated and have been generated before I stated at my company.
Procurify from a NetSuite/Accouting Point of View
What do you like best about the product?
- I like that you can easily search POs within Procurify and there is an audit trail of how the purchase had been approved
- I like the drag and drop feature for packing slips and receipt log

What do you dislike about the product?
- I wouldn't say that I like that the system doesn't recognize commas and that the pass/fail box is too small. When you enter a receipt with multiple 0s or over four digits, you cannot see what you have already typed.
- Service POs are handled terribly within Procurify. We have to enter services at a budgeted quantity at a rate of $1 in order to work properly with NetSuite. The audit log is more confusing than it should be. Once someone receives an invoice amount, there is nowhere to document which invoice was received other than writing a note within a general comment section. I would rather that when you receive, a comment can be written that is then tagged to the receipt in the audit log. When we are asked for audit support, it becomes burdensome to dig for approval. Employees also wish that they had more visibility of what they have already approved and the amount remaining.
- POs show items received as, for example, 128/300, but it would be helpful to show the actual amount that is remaining (172), so that no manual calculation is needed.

Managing receipts all in one place.
Most fastest means to improve on Procurement work within shortest time.
What do you like best about the product?
This system provides a platform where operators can take less than 5 minutes to launch in their RFPs, Also it does not require alot of capital to start and very easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
For many years I have been using this software I have not discovered any serious dislikes which might prevent someone from using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has really made my organization

I highly recommend this system to be installed by other organizations due to all likes I have mentioned before.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use. It is really good in that there is a 24h customer service in any assistance we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not the power off sometimes that force us to restart the system, there is nothing else to deemed negative about this software, However we hope the working team are in due consideration about how to improve on it so that whenever there is power off, we would not have to restart the system.

The process is quick hence saves you time.

This software is very easy to use and navigate. I wish it would link to an inventory and accounting department.It is user friendly and inexpensive to purchase and install.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is excellent for any company that makes different orders and has an inventory control in constant change, the characteristics of purify are designed, to obtain the best performance in this type of work, allowing to streamline this whole system, and achieve automation most of it, without this tool the inventories and products within our company, would not behave as well as they do now, we can have control of this application of all our products, the employees of the different areas of our company, It is responsible for having control of each of these products, and giving details of the status of each, which allows us to maintain an updated inventory, and always in the best conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know what is due, but on occasion, this system seems to hang, and not work as well as on other occasions, it is as if there was some interference with the connection to the server, and you must wait a moment for the system to connect completely and function as it should be, it is not usually a characteristic or an event, that happens every day, but it is something that can happen, and it may just happen when you need to work faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good tool for inventory control, where I work, buy and renew inventories at all times, I really would not know what to do without this tool, I would say that most inventory control and orders are made through this system, and it really is a great help, that everything can be controlled from this tool.

Great Procurement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the approval process and that it keeps all documents and discussions pertaining to the order in one place. It also helps keep track of whether we have received the goods we purchased because we do not close the POs until we have received all items in full and good condition. We also enjoy the search function as this helps us find items quickly when we have very limited information. I like that the POs push to QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the account code used does not appear on the PO because then I have to click into the order to see what code was used instead of just glancing at the PO. I do not like that the general user does not have access to their PO, only their order. I do not like that POs do not push to QB if they have any characters, such as %. I do not like that a PO cannot be edited once any item on the PO has been received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the number of orders we place but do not receive product in full or good condition for. Procurify's search feature helps with audits. The search feature helps us find what vendors we have purchased an item from before quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for keeping everything about an order in one place and tracking orders to ensure all goods are received in full and good condition. Good for ensuring all purchases are approved within the current budget. Good search feature that helps you quickly find orders, items, vendors, etc.

I've never had any issues with Procurify - it's very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of - there really isn't anythiing missing from the platform.
