I would recommend it to other early start ups.
What do you like best about the product?
That users can create their own POs and integration to QuickBooks bill creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only choose 1 project per PO, that API integration must be purchased separately, and that all budgets only show up when someone requests something. It is very difficult having to manually create your own bill as well when you have so many coming in at once. Also, would love to have a bill date payment tracking so you know when bills are due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving where not only one person has to create purchase orders as well as the approval policies we have set up within our company. The benefits have been that it has enabled our directors to approve purchases without having to get permission. Also, the benefit of emailing straight from the platform has increased efficiency.
Procurify really works
What do you like best about the product?
We really like being able to track our purchases from a request to a received order in one place. It really helps us stay organized and allows everyone involved to always have access to the status of the order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procurify's Catalog items are not "smart". There is no analytical data you can pull from them, such as "how many times have I ordered this item?" "which location orders this item the most?" or "How has the price of this item changed over time"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Procurify we didn't have a good process for approving requests. It has made it much easier to keep people accountable for their purchases and their budgets.

a proper approval routing set up in fast growing company, implementation of a new customised request form
Great purchasing program backed by a support team that exceeds expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify offers a site called the Knowledge Base Home where you can search all the "how to's" for their program. I just searched the site at the beginning of the year to update the 2022 budget, a task I complete once a year. This is really useful, it takes pressure off me memorizing how to do it. And no need for taking hand written notes, you can refer to the site whenever needed. I have reached out for help beyond their knowledge base home. One of our requestors had locked his account late one afternoon, I submitted a support request, and we received a resolution within the hour. I have always received fast responses, but what is most surprising is that we are located in Hawaii timezone (behind everyone else). We never get same-day responses for anything we send out in the afternoon. Some members of their support team has even offered to screenshare and walk me through a task I had asked for assistance on.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a Quickbooks Online intergration for the AP module. We do not use the AP module in Procurify so we don't take advantage of this feature. They also have spend cards that we would have liked to get for some of our department managers, but being in cannabis industry, we were not considered by the credit agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a growing business, and are always in need of tools to help with that growth. We use currently using Procurify to submit purchase orders and request expense reimbursements to accounting (something that we were doing by e-mail originally). All of the orders/expenses go through an approval routing that we set up based on our organization's signing authority and budget. The order/expense makes it to accounting once it's been approved. This has improved our internal controls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procurify will supply you with instructions to access training videos and links to their knowledge base website you can send to those who will use Procurify. But for accountability, and to save you time, I'd recommend training all the users of Procurify right at Go Live in a group meeting. You can even have your Procurify implementor there to assist (virtually of course).
Simple, useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and interface. The dropdowns and simple fields make it easy to track expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i find that after I enter a record, it doesn't save even if I've clicked "save".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, I have to buy merch for the company and manage a small team. With lots of different expenses and various vendors Procurify helps me stay organized and on top of my expenses.
Procuify make my work life very easy. I am able to order supplies and keep a track of the cost.

The platform. It is easy to work with. Love the platform.

There is nothing to dislike. I love this system

Processing an order, receiving the order, and closing out orders.

User, please make sure your approved orders are placed via Procurify before ordering from Vendor.

we have solved when checks have been sent out after vendors have received Purchase orders its easy to track.

It's a simple tool used by school office staff to request and confirm all items.
PROCURIFY PURCHASE SAVIOR
What do you like best about the product?
The sistem is very friendly and anyone can use it. It allowed us to start having all the purchase orders digital instead of having them in paper. Also if we havent bought procurify we wouldn be able to work in home office through pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part where you can make the reconciliation of the credit card is a pretty pain to do it because the two parts of the orders come differently from the credit card and the orders so its not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all the payments and orders of purchase in procurify it helps to having and order in the approvals of the orders and in budgets. Also it made the process much simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will make the purchase and payment to suppliers more easy. Also the approving and budgets will be controlled and will help you to have better control in the accounting.
Although a relatively good tool needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Not sure what I like best with this tool. I guess the fact of having a tool for procurement, but within the tool I like the capability of the reporting that I use frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, Integration with QBO (for us at least) is not beneficial, the fact that you can customize too easily what is displayed, the inability to make certain changes. It's not as intuitive as it seems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution is to have an approval process for all of our purchases along with keeping track of them. Its benefits would be for our accounts payable, they like being the ease of going in and seeing what can be processed for payment.

What do you like best about the product?
PO's are easy to generate and the approval flow is very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pending order items list could be more user freindly. When uploading many items to be purchased, it is difficult to keep track of which orders the items belong to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using procurify to keep track of received items against new and old Purchase orders that I've generated and have been generated before I stated at my company.
