Easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple to add info for reimbursement as well as update orders. It is also easy to add receipts and other photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the system on my phone I sometimes have difficulty signing in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies the entire buying process for my industry. I am able to upload everything I need and then get it approved within a short amount of time (sometimes minutes or more).
Good control of expenses.

Having all the expenses of the company in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's unclear to me why I have to describe twice each expense.

Better follow up of expenses and budget control.

Wonderful procurement platform with incredible customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify focuses heavily on customer success. Everyone from their implementation specialist to account managers to technical support. The integration capabilities are incredle! The Amazon PunchOut was a bit rocky to launch but the Procurify team made the entire process easy to understand and enjoyable. We presented a big roadblack to Procurify and they built out a solution and involved our team along the entire way. The user interface is incredibly friendly and easy to use. Their pricing is incredibly fair. We use this every single day at our non profit that produces a large scale event. If you're looking for an easy to use, robust, flexible, purchasing syste, - look no farther.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. We also wish there were more granular logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has a robust approval chain process while maintaining a simplistic user interface. Our entire Purchasing department runs off of Procurify and its modules.

Procurify is an easy system to use. It has been very efficient in processing my orders for our office.

I can't think of any dislikes right now.

No problems.
Use procurify as a graduate student for making purchases through the department.

It's user-friendly, easy-to-use claim platform.
Simple & Easy Purchasing and AP Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of placing new orders while being able to duplicate older ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a way to directly contact the company procurement department.

Inventory and PAR levels

The navigation is pretty easy and i love the fact that we do business with amazon which is awesome.

I wish there were just more options when it comes down to things that have already been previously ordered.I would also like to see a price comparison button between who we do business with or see which business has exactly what we need.

Procurify solves a lot of my problems. It is a one stop shop for our business needs.
User friendly, easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
You can add brief description, photographs, links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to be able to move around the items added and to scroll them up and down according to categories (grouping by shop). As once you've added an item and find another one corresponding to a shop you've listed before; you need to delete the items listed in order to group them by shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All purchases can be tracked and found in one place, you just need to move from one tab to another.

What do you like best about the product?
No more excel sheets, full document tracing in the system. This makes our audits easier, makes finding purchased items easier and tracks spending.
It is very user friendly and the mobile app allows shop employees to scan Proofs of delivery to match to outstanding Purchase Orders quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside, but if I had to choose one it would be that I would like requesters to be able to see and print purchase orders.
